I do not think I got the room I reserved. I am now attempting to contact the hotel itself but the number is no good. Trying to contact Booking.com is next to impossible. Speaking with a real person would be nice. AMENDMENT. I was able to contact the hotel by phone. My bad eyesight read the number wrong. I spoke with the desk clerk and all is sorted. She will relay my information to the company and hopefully the website photos will be updated.

I booked a Superior King Room that according to the website photos had a large bath tub. The actual room did not. The staff was busy at the time so I did not make too much fuss. After I got home and looked at the website again there the photo is of a Superior King with large bath. Trying to contact the hotel or booking.com is a challenge. I would like a refund for the difference in the room I booked vs. the room I got. I was also surprised to find out after I booked there was no breakfast. I thought everyone had a breakfast. Also, there were no cups or ice bucket in the room. That is unusual.

It's a super nice room for the price!! Well maintained property. Cleanliness is a 10+. Staff very helpful and courteous. Will definitely be back again

No cons

Very clean and pretty hotel. Only stayed a night for a dance camp event. Didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked very unique and neat. Right down the road from where the event was.

Beds were a little hard but not much worse than other hotels.

We had a wonderful stay. The double shower was a great touch! Our room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. My husband was sick moteases with the staff’s friendly approach to everything.

I would have liked for the tv to be able to to swivel. We would have enjoyed watching a movie in there. We would have appreciated an extra set of towels available. Overall none of this caused us to be disappointed or dissatisfied.

I like the hospitality of the staff I like the rooms the bed was very comfortable I really like the complimentary water that was given in the refrigerators. Last but not least the cook at the restaurant was an excellent cook for dinner as well as breakfast.

The cost of the room was a little high. Bathroom was a little small

I LOVE that the hotel exceeded my expectations! Excellent price! I would recommend this hotel over other ones in town. Great inside, clean, great staff, and amazing price for everything in general. I would highly recommend for people.

To be honest, there truly was nothing that I did not like. I felt everything was in place, clean, polite staff and great price.

Omg what can I say about this place : well I was searching for a spot since we were dropping kid off for college and the reviews were pretty good so I decided to wing it. Well first of all being from the city to a small town this hotel was absolutely amazing and in my opinion better then any of the higher end spots we’ve stayed at before. This place is extremely clean well kept spacious and the staff are all amazing in my opinion. I didn’t get to use the pool area but it looked very nice and clean and relaxing. It’s on my to do list for next time. The restaurant next door OMG by far the best food I’ve had in a long time and I’m not over exaggerating and the prices is just WOW not like back home that’s for sure It’s so affordable. The reviews from previous people are pretty accurate on all the positive not sure what the negative ones have to complain about because I had no issues what so ever and I am a huge complainer I complain about everything so when I actually don’t then I’m pretty satisfied! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you’re in the area as this will be my go to when I’m visiting my kid and last but not least the beds are like clouds with cloud pillows to and AC actually keeps the rooms comfortable I can just go on and on Please give them a Try you’ll see for yourself Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one!!

I have nothing negative to say about this place 5-STARS

Beds were cozy and clean, no bugs. Pool didn't reek of chlorine. Shower was amazing hot.

Toilet didn't function as intended but still functional

It was good value for the price. It's an older place, but some decent renovations have been done. It seemed to be clean and mostly in good shape. I had no problems with it. The "private" restaurant, only for motel guests, is unusual but it was pretty good and with generous servings.

For a budget-priced motel in small-town Kansas, I had absolutely no issues.

The hotel was remodeled well. Looks decent from the outside but surprisingly nice on the inside. Kim, an owner was extremely pleasant and made every want a top priority. We really like the fact that they had a 24 hour restaurant that had good food and a nice selection that was only available to hotel guests. Rooms were very well decorated, clean and in good condition.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
