Where to start? Molarotto is a slice of heaven nestled in the most peaceful part of San Teodoro. The grounds are breath taking and authentically Sardinian with a gorgeous pool. Only 2 mins away from the town centre so it's so easy to experience the hustle and bustle of the restaurants, bars and markets but you get to escape the noise and crowds and wake up in absolute serenity. Waking up to the panoramic views of San Teodoro is something we won't forget. The rooms are private, perfect and clean with everything you need. The outside kitchen was perfect for an afternoon platter and wine stacked with all amenities. You think it can't get any better but it does. Cristina the owner is the cherry on top! She made our stay absolute perfection and made sure we had everything we needed - literally everything!! She was so helpful with recommendations, very attentive and always available to answer the many questions we had. We can't recommend this place more! It exceeded all our expectations. An absolute gem and must stay in San Teodoro! Thank you Cristina 🙏

I recently enjoyed a three-night stay at this fantastic property, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The outdoor terrace, equipped with a kitchen and comfortable seating area, was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy meals. The house itself is brand new, and the pool area is pristine and inviting. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to San Teodoro and some of the best beaches in Sardinia. This made exploring the area a breeze. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the homeowner. Cristina was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I have ever encountered, even assisting with our travel arrangements to and from the airport. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful stay in Sardinia.

Casa Molarotto was a very comfortable and cozy home for our family for 5 nights while enjoying la bella San Teodoro and area! It is conveniently located close to the town centre, grocery stores and restaurants. Cristina was a wonderful host, available to answer our questions and share recommendations. She is an amazing hos who made our stay extra special.!

This is not a complaint but some advice - if you arrive at night, it is difficult to find the home in the dark so try to arrive in the daylight the first night.

Great sized apartment with a fantastic balcony. We loved that the kitchen was outside on the balcony too. The cleaner came every day which was brilliant and like staying in a hotel. Lots of space for free parking. We were able to borrow sun umbrellas for the beach. The pool looked nice and clean but we didn’t get the chance to use it as we made the most of the stunning local beaches! We would recommend La Cinta and Cala Brandinchi.

Very cozy room/appartement with an good opportunity outside for cooking and relaxing. Host Christina was very heplful regarding check-in & check-out and also with lots of recommondations for San Teodoro! Communication was very nicely and easy via WhatsApp.

Appartement is not far away, but also not too close to the city center, but this was known and not really a big issue, because we had a car.

Christina , the host was amazing. She helped us with every single dinner reservation and gave us ideas of what to do during the day. She was even giving us tips on how to avoid a very high windy day by traveling to a local town. The accommodations were perfect, the rooms were very clean and the pool was refreshing.

Great location, everything is of good quality and the building's architecture fits the specifics of the area. It is very well kept, spotless clean, spacious rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, also the kitchenette, very spacious terrace and nicely decorated for each room. The sea view is beautiful and the place is quiet and relaxing. Oh, and they have very good coffee 😉. The host, Cristina, was very welcoming and provided great recommendations of places where to eat and in general of things to do and see in and around San Teodoro. There are so many insanely beautiful beaches around and the village is so nice for a stroll in the evening. We very much appreciated everything and totally recommend this accommodation! Alla prossima! 😉

Cristina is very welcoming and a host who really wants to make her guest feeling happy enjoying their vacations. This is what she managed with us :) We love the outdoor kitchen! The area was perfect for us as it was not directly in the packed tourist area but very close by and very close to the beautiful beaches. A car is needed! The pool area is nice as well. Parking is in front of the property and very easy.

Excellent hotel!!! Cristina and her mother are excellent hosts. The atmosphere was welcoming and positive. I highly recommend to anyone needing a peaceful place to recharge their human battery. Everything a person needs. The room was very spacious, very clean, and had the amenities we needed.The location is great. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I’m back in San Teodoro!

- Perfect location in a calm neighborhood, but still close to the city centre and beaches (by car). - Comfortable room, a private outside area with seating, sunchairs and a lovely outside kitchen. - Big, clean swimmingpool with plenty of sunchairs (sun all day). - Cristina is an excellent and caring host. - Private parking.

We had a lovely stay, here are just some pointers: The shower and kitchen could use a deepclean. Some more cooking utensils would have been nice, but we still managed to cook some great meals :)
