Clear Communication, Fast Response. Everything is Tidy. Kitchen is fully equipped. Happy with the parking. All doors are digitally controlled. The hotel is in the main square and ample space in the balcony facing the square is excellent. There is a cafe, Gelateria and Restaurant within the building. Coop Supermarket, a bakery, other restaurants and other shops are very nearby. If I go back to this area, I will choose this hotel again.

The mattresses could be better. Bathroom shower has adequate flow but I think this could be improved. The beautiful square has people always and if you want to sleep early you need to close the windows because of the noise and use the air-conditioner. No reception.

Fully automated and contactless check-in plus a lot of automatic things in the building. Quite advanced and equipped kitchen makes things very easy. Quick response over chats is something I really liked.

If you are early sleeper/early riser, the noise from the square next to the hotel might make it difficult for you to sleep. This is not a problem when the windows and balcony doors are shut (when temperatures are low). When the temperatures are high, keeping windows open interferes with falling asleep at night due to the outside noise. Not much can be done by hotel in this case, or may be provide airconditioning also to help sleeping with windows and doors shut.

I found it very inconvenient to have to remove even the car at 10am. Does the garage need any cleaning? Then why not just allow customers to park a bit longer? I tried to call to ask for this possibility and it was impossible to contact anyone from the apartment. There was no way I could contact them. Additionally, All signs/letters and communications were available only in German. Are tourists supposed to know German?

Clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Convenient parking garage

No air conditioning, no screens on the deck doors, so flies and bugs would come in at night when we had the lights on and we're trying to cool off the room. Some noise at night from people sitting outside at the local pub which can be an issue if the deck doors are open. No hotel employees on site in case there are any issues, which thankfully there were none

Everything! Located right in the centre of the village, the apartment offers a beautiful view of the mountains and is extremely well designed to fit a family of 4 with great comfort. The kitchen has everything you can think of and may need to cook proper meals. The complete digital service works perfectly and is hassle-free.

The only thing that felt a constraint was one toilet among 4 of us, especially when we all had to get ready early in the morning to leave for skiing.

The apartment is super comfortable, new and beautifully decorated, location is superb - in the heart of the Adelboden town. The building feels very ecological! We will definitely consider staying there again :)

There are very minor disadvantages, mostly related to our specific situation, but we arrived with a nearly dead electic car, since the hotel information states that there are chargers for electic cars in their paid parking. Unfortunately, we were assigned a parking slot which did not have access to a charger. When we asked for it, we were allowed to use the charger, but it's extremely extremely slow (~3kW) and has an additional fee, so we ended up parking and charging our car outside of the hotel in the morning. Finally, to add there were 3 of us, so we had plenty of space :) The apartment technically fits 6 (2 double beds + 1 bunk) which I feel could be too cramped.

The room is well equipped and the kitchen has more than everything you need.

We arrived late and there was no staff which made entering the hotel very difficult, we had to do web check-in standing on the road and get an electronic key to enter. This process should be mentioned more clearly on booking.com. There's not so much to see/do in that area for multiple days and you need to drive a long way wasting a lot of precious time to visit elsewhere.

Great location to everything we had planned. Clean and spacious room for the family.

No staff on sight after a certain time so make sure you check in ahead of time online AND download app because you must have to open door when you arrive. We did not have service inside the hotel so if no app was downloaded we would have not been able to get it. We only stayed from 9:00pm to 8:00am still had to pay that extra fee for cleaner. Price is already high and it should have been included.

1. When I did not know how to enter hotel parking area with my car, the reception lady walked with me to the parking area and showed me the parking location. Which is really awesome. This is how to assist people who are not knowing what to do. 2. The box with essentials like waterm coffe,etc. is very nice concept and gives warmth of the hotel as well.

Location is in the dead center of town. The room was spotlessly clean and included a small kitchen with all sorts of items to cook with. All was simple and easy and we even at at the downstairs restaurant and ice cream shop. I left a new hat in the room after checkout and texted their service team who found it within 5 minutes and met me at the outer door with it - very helpful.
