This is a third visit. You would never get this kind of great, comfortable and cozy room near this Tenjin area at this price. The room is clean and well equipped, with kind and considerate help from the hotel for the asking. I already booked this hotel for summer holidays. :)

Not much to mention.

There is no breakfast but the convenient store and a drug store is just opposite and a noodle bar is on the ground floor (if you fancy noodle looking at a screen when you eat!) and a cafe is two shops down. I popped out at 10am to buy food at Lawson just opposite, super convenient! I am happy with cleanness and cool & simple minimalistic interior.

This hotel doesn't have a breakfast facility. I wish they has as I was exhausted by flying 20 hours journey and don't feel like eat out in the morning. (you will have to remember to buy breakfast from a convenience store before going to bed) And if you arrived after sunset, there is no light in the room, I struggle to find a key card holder to set the lights on! It many be a small light above it that will help. Oh, a box of tissue paper was hidden in the drawer, you will look for everything is in the drawers even the bathroom!

Location was very central. Walking distance to all the must visit places in Tenjin. The room was big and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Freebies were more than enough.

Some of the reception staff still needs a bit of improvement. The washer and dryer was not really working well and is quite hidden on another floor of the hotel which was kind of scary. Highly suggest to have free water available.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. It was a rainy day, a lady at the front desk offered us some umbrellas and towels. Thank you!Central location, only 3 minutes walk to the Tenjin bus terminal too. Great to explore other regions of Kyushu.

More hooks or racks for towels in the bathroom would be great.

Excellent location! Close by to the subway station, and so near don quijote!

Our room was facing the main road and soundproofing of windows isn’t too great. Can hear the sirens of ambulance/firetruck and those roving ads in the middle of the night.

Bus stop outside, variety of food options, great staff. Plenty of space in the twin share room.

Only one washing machine for guest use in hotel. 2 pillows per person would be great, some have back problems and a pillow under their knees helps.

Amazing staff, room is decent size and central location. Very helpful staff with luggage deliveries, sending luggage and generic queries

The light above the sink is not located properly. There was no well lit space with a mirror where you can do your hair or make-up. But I guess this is only a small thing, everything else was amazing.

Good location; 5mins walk to Tenjin station. However, there’s another 5-10mins walk to reach the Tenjin subway from the main station if you are taking train to Fukuoka international airport.

Slightly small as compared to the rest of the accommodation we have stayed in other Kyushu areas.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room and bathtub were larger than I expected, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also very convenient. It was near so many restaurants, malls, nightlife, a park, and a bus stop. It was well worth my money and I would 100% stay here again.

Location in the midst of city Staff very kind and English speaker , I booked double bed room for my mom who are handicap , the lady hotel staff offer me a handicap room which super convenient for my mom 💙
