The breakfast was great - all you can wish for. Very nice rooms, and outdoor area with swimmingpool. Good food and drinks at good prices. A little distance from the citysenter, but can easily walk or take a taxi. Serviceminded staff. Can absolutely recomend!

All infrastructure is top notch. Rooms are clean and facilities are of the very high standard. Spa is good and I would definitely recommend masseuses. Breakfast is very good and restaurant in general is worth visiting. Having indoor pool is definitely an advantage

The hotel, facilities, pool, spa, restaurant is all new and nice, but service needs to be improved. Staff are polite but most of them lack the basic knowledge of service industry. Owners definitely have to invest in extra training for the staff. And location is not exactly perfect

For this price, you basically get everything you expect - A cute cozy room (also a sofa would have been nice) with a balcony, polite staff, beautiful pool space, a decent breakfast. The Location is normal, it's close to the city of Telavi.

It's bit run down, needs some touching up. The restaurant (except breakfast) Also needs some touching up - for example they don't have decent tea, which was a bummer. Food is also not impressive, but decent.

During my recent stay, I found the experience to be good overall. The location was convenient, and the room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The breakfast options were good. However, there were some issues that could be improved upon.

The shower in my room was broken and leaking, the room phone didn't work, and the conference room lacked proper equipment. These issues affected my overall experience negatively. However, the staff were responsive and tried to address the problems.

Indeed hotel has esquisse Design which delights your heart and soul and eyes. Did enjoy our stay there. Rooma vere spaciouse, with nice touch of pleasant design and indeed soundproof! Pool was warm and clean. The breakfast was pretty good and it was always refilled in time. Staff was more than pleasant and helful. We loved the elevator. Overally we did loved staying here!

To get to inside pool you have to leave the building and cross the outside pool teritory. It is just maybe 10 meters, but not really pleasant during the winter. Also from pool to Sauna you have to walk the corridor pasaing the entrance doors. And maybe pool area needs more attention with cleaning the footsteps and putting new towels in time. It sounds not apealing but in really it was not that bad actually. We did enjoy our time with pool and sauna.

Elegant hotel with high quality rooms that were clean and spacious. My room had excellent view. Friendly staff. The pool was good for a nice relaxing swim. In general, my friend and me enjoyed our stay.

The quality of the food at the dinner was average. We only tasted salt and more salt. We regretted that we didn't go to a restaurant in town. However, the waiter did his best and served us well.

The location is fantastic. we had a great mountain view from our room. However, you need to keep in mind that not all rooms will have such views. Breakfast was also great with nice variety and greatly mix of local and European cuisine the design of the hotel is authentic and memorable

There were a lot of minor flaws (see below). The view is definitively worth living with these flaws for a couple of days but I’d recommend considering other options for a long stay. Toilet wasn’t stable, hot and cold water was mixed up, curtains has many dirty spots, no dedicated storage for luggage

Beautiful hotel! Loved the indoor pool. Room was nice and staff was helpful to call a winery to visit. Hotel didn’t feel crowded too so I enjoyed having pool to myself most of the time. Lot of options for breakfast

My only suggestion is to label the food at the buffet. I’m vegetarian and did not know what was ok to eat. Some of the staff did not know English to answer my questions

The hotel design is fabulous and the pool is the best part, but it seems that some things need restoration. Also, when we checked in, there were no towels or bottled water or robes in the room and they brought them later. In general, it’s worth to stay there.
