Comfortable and clean, the food is very good and the views are good. The beach is ok, kids do not need a big beach, just an interesting one, with quiet water right? Beach is just outside and pool has a kiddy end to it. The host is very welcoming and helpful.

It is a bit isolated, perhaps a good thing if you are looking for something quiet. There was some construction work next door, which was loud during the day unfortunately.

Location is great, just in front of a very calm and beautiful beach. We went also to the closer beaches around and they are also very nice with very clean water. Stuff were super kind, they helped us a lot with every single thing we needed. Food was very fresh, big portions and good prices.

The only thing we missed was a hair dryer and a plug in the bath ;)

The location is excellent if you are looking for peace and quiet. Right on a beautiful sandy beach which is also very quiet. A car is preferred due to the remote location. The village of Stavros can be walked in approx 20 minutes / car 5 mins for shopping or restaurants. Lovely pool, small restaurant on site with bar, not expensive. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The villas were lovely, large and private, good facilities, cleaned daily.

We didn’t find any issues for improvement Possibly not suitable for people looking for a busy resort or hotel with lots of activities going on , with many bars and restaurants

On the beach. The proprrty îs quite isolated. You need a car. You can see surise from the room. The food was very good. We did'nt Have breakfast because we had the flight early in the morning..

Almost everything: the place is an angle of paradise, wonderful beaches, including the private beach. Very convenient location with spectacular views. Comfortable apartment, clean and spacious. Pleasantry, availability of the personal completed the picture for relaxing vacation . People was wonderful even outside the resort: at the supermarket, at the restaurant and at the Stavros beach. The life changes when people is nice with you and you feel welcome.

Everything was nice, but even more, a little problem became the occasion to rise the level of the service. The bathroom gave some problem with the shower (the design of the shops isn’t correct). However we understood the situation, and collaborating with the staff, everything was easily manageable, so this was a plus at the end instead than a problem.

Friendly staff and great with babies and children, Lovely quiet little spot. 10 mins to bus stop to Chania old town with reliable and regular air conditioned service. 15 mins walk from local minimart, 25 mins walk to Larger Zorbas beach and selection of local resturants. Great view all round Fair pricing and good value in the area. Thanks for a great stay😁

A few tweaks to fix and improve the fun little kids can have in the playground would be a great idea.

Amazing friendly staff, fantastic food, long deep swimming pool, well organised late check-in, fresh towels every day, efficient affordable taxi service, mosquito nets on all windows, hair drier and iron available on request, great location next to a beautiful private beach.

Trees around the buildings have been continuously and heavily chopped for no reason - some will not regrow, lots of ants in the room and other insects entering through the gap under the door, different levels between room floors creating tripping hazards, cleaning not every day, difficult to set a comfortable temperature on the shower taps, one shower / toilet room is very small and difficult to use.

Perfect location next to a small beach, in a calm, quiet (apart from the noise of the breaking waves) place with an exceptional view. A small bay with shallow water - even a poor swimmer can relax by swimming in the sea. Daily basic cleaning of apartments (change of towels, garbage collection) PS. The beach mentioned above is not "Stavros Beach", but a small beach next to Blue Beach

Minor problems with hot water - fixed after reporting it to the reception.
