Perfect location to visit the Mall of America! Close enough to easily walk back and forth. Super comfortable beds. Nice pool, jacuzzi, and breakfast. Very clean throughout.

The only complaint I have is we were put in a handicap accessible room, which we didn’t book. We booked a normal double queen room. The room itself was fine, but the shower was terrible. Every time we turned the shower on, the bathroom flooded, due to the shower curtain having about a two inch gap at the bottom. No big deal, other than having to keep towels on the floor to soak up all the water each time. I wish we would have had a room with a normal shower without the water all over the floor every day. Other than that, perfect stay.

“The only downside was the lack of sufficient lighting in the hotel. The rooms felt a bit dim, especially in the evening, which made it challenging to read or work comfortably. Improved lighting would make the stay much more enjoyable.”

It was a beautiful facility with a robust array of breakfast foods and beverages. The pool and lounge areas were adequately cleaned and supplied for an enjoyable experience. Though I didn't use the gym it also looked to be well equipped and sanitary. Staff were all kind and pleasant. Being pet friendly was a huge perk. The rooms themselves are lovely, the beds are quite comfortable and the small wet bar is well stocked. Worth every cent, the location is phenomenal!

Planes flying overhead were initially a concern, however, I didn't hear them at all during the night.

The breakfast, gym, location, spa water were all fantastic! It was our third or fourth time staying! The lobby is also perfect for guests. Nice to have a few restaurants right next door!

There wasn’t a bathroom fan. It was hard to circulate fresh air into the room. I missed the Christmas tree that was in the entry way last year. They only had one in the corner. Bummer that they are charging $12 for parking per night now. It was good to know our vehicle was being watched though.

Everything about the hotel is amazing! The hotel is clean and the staff was great! Free breakfast and evening snacks were really good features and they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Plus, they have on-site BBQ rentals for gatherings! The wi-fi is great because you can use either individual room wi-fi, or use hotel wide. On site grab 'n go snacks and 2 restaurants nearby in the same parking lot! Mall of America is only a 2 minute walk away, and IKEA is a 10 minute walk away. They do have 2 LRT stations nearby; 30th St. Station is a 5 minute walk, as is Mall of America's station if you're looking to explore downtown Minneapolis.

The only issue is the airplanes. MSP International is not far from the hotel, and one of the runways is located just over the highway, meaning you will hear a plane take off every 20-30 seconds. No need for an alarm clock!

Front desk staff is inattentive to guests. They don’t acknowledge people , they are slumped over looking at screens. They actually are borderline rude. Evening reception is a joke and was put out late as was breakfast (the hot part). Front doors stay locked until 6:00 am..at 6:30 still locked “yea, that sign needs to be changed..you’re not the only one”. It’s time for some standards at the front desk.

The hotel was gorgeous! Room was top notch and the view from our window was awesome. Loved the location, another plus for our trip to the MOA!! All areas of the hotel were clean, modern, and very spacious. Equipped with a pool, hot tub, and work out area. Plus a super nice check in slash main room area with tv & plenty of seating! Great continental breakfast included with our stay as well. We had a great experience!!

We booked a three day/night stay and did not receive a room cleaning or beds remade

Element had multiple things that stood out to a great stay. The hotel is clean, Breakfast was good with many options, and loved the option of being pet friendly. Our room was top notch with all of the essentials such as sink with filtered water, fridge, microwave and even a full set of silverware with plates. The convenience to the mall and tram with a quick walk across the street was an extra bonus and stress free.

Always a nice hotel. Very clean, nice amenities, nice staff, right next to Mall of America. I've gotten this hotel twice before and will continue to reserve it every time I want to come to Minneapolis.

Unfortunately, they had a party for a large number of kids in the lobby, and their screaming put the trip off to a bad start because it was hard to think to even check in. They really should have a party room and not just use the open lobby.

Everything was bright and clean. The air conditioning on each floor was amazing after coming in from a hot day. It was refreshing! Rooms were very comfortable, I especially loved the filtered water tap by the kitchenette sink. All amenities were provided. Breakfast was very good! I especially loved the ceramic mugs provided for coffee and the additional choices of soy and almond milk. The little cheese egg bites were so fluffy! My family also enjoyed the pool in the evening!

The planes flying overhead were really loud but it’s hard to help that when located next to an airport.
