It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. This hotel definitely needs to be upgraded to 4 star absolutely stunning perfect location 30 seconds from the beach.

I liked that this hotel was in a quiet location, far from the bars and restaurants, but at the same time not too far from the beach. Vanya and Krasen spoke Bulgarian and were very accommodating. Vanya recommended local places to visit and Krasen always knew that in the morning i need my espresso :). Natali, called me personally on my phone to let me know that the window in my car was open which I am very grateful for. Наталья, спасибо большое!

The parking of the hotel becomes very crowded and sometimes cars from other hotels stop there. I think some system should be implemented that only cars from the hotel has the key to the parking.

The entire stay and experience were wonderful! The hotel is exceptionally clean, well equipped and in excellent condition. We got complementary coffee pods in the room, housekeeping made sure the room was clean and the towels were fresh, and the staff was ultra-helpful for any and every question I had. The pool area was also very nice and quiet as a hangout spot, and the pool was clean. I have to devote a whole paragraph to the breakfast, because it was amazing. Everything was extremely fresh, the selection of sweet and savory options was very large and diverse, and all the food I tried was super tasty. The beach and the main square were less than 200 meters away each (you need to walk slightly uphill to get back to the hotel), meaning a super convenient location for almost everyone. If you're coming by car, there are 2 large parking lots. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Everything was great, no noteworthy negative comments to make. The only thing I would suggest to the management is to include a small towel and clothes drying rack on the terrace so you don't have to dry your beach towels and swimsuits on the terrace railings.

The best hotel we have stayed at during our trip to Europe. We were treated like family and felt welcomed by the amazing and extremely friendly staff- Deanna, Natalia, Olympia and Vania. They were more like friends than staff, eager to chat and cater to our needs. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and varied each day. The hotel lobby and outdoor seating were elegant and relaxing. The rooms were roomy and the balcony an added bonus. The rooms were cleaned daily by the friendly house keeping staff. Location was perfect, a minutes walk to the Main Street, restaurants and beach. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. We will have fond memories of our stay here and hopefully return in the future.

Nothing as everything was amazing

We got a very nice room with a phenomenal view on the sea. Just that view was worth for its money :) Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fantastic as there was so much variety of foods to choose. There are two big hotel parkings so you will not have any problems with your car. Beach is very close so you will be there in a minute or two.

There was no elevator to the last floor where the room was and room was a bit small. But like I said, view from the room was well worth its money :)

Excellent hotel great location.The room was nice clean and spacious,they clean the room every day.The beach is near by,they have a private parking free of charge so you can walk by foot to the beach and the city center.The staff that work there is polite and friendly. We would recommend the hotel.

The only thing is the elevator it goes only untill 4 floor and we had our room on 5 floor.

The hotel is very close to the beach .For breakfast they offer a good variety of food and the swimming pool area in the back is quiet. Air conditioning from the room makes the difference and for someone who likes to use it , the minibar is well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making your staying very pleasant. I would gladly come back again.

The balcony is pretty small,but that's not much of a trouble consider we've spend most of the time outside.

Very pleasant hotel in the heart of Nea Kallikrateia. The hotel has a decent breakfast, as well as parking space, which was right next to the hotel. The breakfast was nice and there was some variety in the choice (although the coffee could have been better). The beach is only 50m away. The staff was always willing to help. Our room had a balcony, but it was too hot outside to be able to properly enjoy it.

The doors of the rooms were difficult to unlock with the key.

The room was nice and very clean with all the comforts inside. The beach was near like 2 minute walk. The staff was super helpful and ready to accommodate and help us out with any inquires we had. The location was excellent, close to their square where all the shops and restaurants were.

The breakfast was mediocre, the swimming pool was a bit dirty and saw it cleaned once over a 5 night stay and after our own suggestion.
