The location was easy walking to every main sight in both the new and old town. The staff were wonderful, room comfortable, the roof top bar was closed because of the time of year we went, which we expected, but we did look at it, and could see it would be a very happening place for residents in true holiday season.

I had extremely poor reception (to the point of it not being usable) on WiFi, but this is far from the first place we have stayed with this problem. It cannot be a reason to not stay there and would not prevent us from staying there again when we next visit.

The host was the sweetest girl ever. The location is perfect, only 10 mins walk from the train station and from the main attractions as well. The room and the bathroom were big and very clean. If I ever will go back to Siracusa, I'm sure I will stay at this place again.

Lovely B&B close to Ortigia. Rooms are very clean and spacious but lack personality. Breakfast can be supplied at €5 per person on the rooftop bar.

While having breakfast the manager(?) sat at the table next to us and smoked throughout. He even moved his table closer to ours so we could share the experience. Being non smokers this was not appreciated. Although the breakfast was excellent value for €5 per head.

Huge room, high ceiling, extra blanket, fridge & big shower room. Free public parking opposite. Not a long walk to Ostigia. Didn't get a seaview room ☹️ But café next door good option for breakfast & cheap.

Stairs up to the room. No lift in other words. That's it!

The location is excellent. You are practically in the middle of the historical centre in the same time not overwhelmed by too may people around. There is private parking right in front of the hotel. The service was excellent, and all communication was great. Great coffee shop in the same building. I highly recommend the place!

Two nights were not enough for Syracuse :)

Very helpful staff, our room was very big and value for money is just very good at this place. Also, we where not here during a weekend (I checked with them) so there was no loud music or what so ever. Very quiet. The gelato place under is really good, the sandwich place also and the kids really liked the playground in front of the hotel.

For the price value we can not complain.

Beautiful B&B in Siracusa, is about a 15 to 20 min walk from the station, Very nice girl that runs it. I received a message with the code to open the door to get in. Beautiful gelato and coffee shop down stairs Close to the port and the street to the old town on the island I would stay there again for sure as can not fault this property

Amazing communication with possible early check in as room was ready by 12 . Clean room, fridge in room was lovely suprise. Kindness of staff and also we could leave our suitcase in down stairs area till we had our bus in the afternoon :) very easy self check in and check out. Perfect location close for ortigia with few minutes walk.

Excellent location close to Ortigia Island. Free street parking. Lovely cafe/gelateria outside the property. Close to restaurants. Spacious room. Great shower that you could move around in. Friendly staff.

My wife found the bed uncomfortable, but I thought it was fine. Fridge didn't get cold.

Light bulbs need to be changed and applique a bit broken but nothing major. It was two of us with two soup bags for the shower for two days... They could add them more but on my request they promptly provided them.
