Everything, what an exceptional hotel is this. Thank you so much for the upgrade! It was super clean, we had everything and the staff was so nice to our little boy that was for me the most important of our whole experience, we said one time his name and the whole staff knew him. This is A+ service also the extra questions if we needed something or think how to make our stay more pleasant. The massage service in this hotel is excellent. Also the food is excellent even in the morning there is sate! This is the best hotel where we stayed in whole indonesia, It's the first time we didn't want to leave the place. Thank you so much for this experience that went above our imagination. Again thank you staff en gm's!

We (a school group from the USA) just stayed at the Pullman Bandung for three weeks. Everyone absolutely loved it and we can't recommend it highly enough! The rooms are lavish, and the Pullman's facilities are equally excellent—the spa, gym, pool, and amazing services to have on-hand in the middle of Bandung.The hotel's service was exceptional, and staff could be counted on at all hours of the day or night. The breakfast buffet is particularly good, with a ton of dishes to choose from or made custom in front of you. Moreover, the Sadrasa kitchen accommodated our many requests for specific (often complex) dishes—all of which were made to perfection. Geographically, the Pullman is ideally located in the middle of Bandung, so everything is a short drive away. All in all, we had an amazing stay and are sure you will too! We definitely will be back to the Hotel Pullman when we return to Bandung.

The gym was very well equipped for the type of exercise that I like to do. The breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic variety and everything we ate was delicious. Staff were always friendly and approachable.

The bed in my room was made of two singles rather than one queen bed, this made the middle of the bed a little awkward. I would have preferred one queen bed. Wallpaper in the rooms was looking a little old and stained. The rooms were still clean and well presented.

staff are very friendly, i get a free upgrade for the second time.🙏🙏 everything is perfect from the breakfast, location, room, attention to the guest, definitely my first choice of stay. my daughter was sick and they bring us cake + good wishes.. thank you Pulman Bandung once again

Very nice and helpful staff Rooms are spacious and very confortable Design is beautiful Breakfast have a lot of choices and good Position is nice cuz near from gedung sate and many restaurant that you can go by walking Kids club is great

Position can be tricky if soccer games … ( they all gather around Gedung sate and hotel wasn’t accessible) small swimming pool ( but nicely handle) Long time when order lunch or dinner ( they kindly offered us dessert 2 times as we waited ling time to get our food)

The location nears Gedung Sate is excellent. The breakfast is fantastic.

The temperature of the hot water for the shower is disappointing. By default, the wooden floor in the shower room is slippery after use. It is a wrong choice of material. It's dangerous for elderly. The mat at the exit/entrance of the shower is merely a folded towel. The service at the restaurant for the dinner was slow. The guests were not many. The staff is courteous and polite.

Hotel is beautiful,and rooms are polished and new. One of the concierge staff (we forgot his name) was very helpful in renting last minute transport (2 cars) for our family due to unforeseen matters and making a reservation for lunch at a Padang restaurant nearby for our big family; very much appreciated.

The staff lady assisting us during check-in wasn't friendly. Other than that, great stay overall.

Breakfast was truly amazing, I fully enjoyed the selection and coffee service. Rooftop bar had nice view and had live band. Room was big, clean and had very comfy bed. Rain head shower was very relaxing and room service was very good in topping up bottled water. Can also see nice touches where hotel try to minimise plastic waste with use of glass bottles and refilled shower supplies (not little plastic bottles)

Not the most pedestrian friendly, but people do not or should not leave on foot. This is mostly a culture shock and not a reflection of the hotel.

We greeted nicely at the front desk and allowed an early check in at 11. The bed was very comfortable and the room smelled nice. Breakfast had a good assortment of food and even gluten free bread and cereal. It is easy to get a Grab car from the hotel location and many good restaurants in walking distance too. Great rooftop bar with wonderful view of the area.

The coffee at breakfast was a bit watery and the coffee machine in the room didn't work well.
