Excellent location, you can walk to Spanish quarter, Historic Centre and the seaside. Room was very clean, fresh, with nice small balcony, comfortable beds and pillows. I recommend this place.

There were nice amenities like tea, Nescafe, cookies, but it would be great if there was also an espresso option.

Bright and comfortable room; we were not bothered by traffic noises because the room was on a 5th floor and had double glazing. There are facilities in a common area to make tea or coffee, but to have a proper breakfast we were given vouchers to use in the nice bar which is at the ground floor of the building. The position is very good, central and 2 minutes away from a metro station.

We have no complaints.

Lady that did our check-in was really nice and helpful as well as the rest of staff. We could use teas, coffee and snacks for free. There was also ice cube dispenser. The room was clean and comfy. We were surprised that there were colourful lights in the bathroom. What a vibe! If we ever return to Naples, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

The only minus was that the couple from the other room was too loud. It is not a fault of the hotel but I think it is good to mention that all noises from the hall and rooms next to us could have been heard.

It’s a lovely, clean place. We had two gorgeous balconies with an incredible view of the city. All of the staff were lovely and kind. We were given breakfast vouchers to the cafe downstairs and they provided us with delicious food and drink.

the wifi was sometimes unstable, and it seemed to have a limit on how many devices could be connected at once. Additionally, our mini fridge was not very cold at all. Finally, unfortunately the elevator was very unreliable (not the hotel’s fault). Sometimes we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with bags. At least we built our leg muscles up.

The hotel is conveniently located and quiet. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I liked that the hotel was in contact with me via email and whatsapp before our stay so we knew exactly what was going on. There is a specific set of directions for entering the hotel. Be sure to read and follow them and you shouldn't have any issues.

It's a little unusual that there isn't a person behind a desk that you can talk to at all hours. When you are speaking to the person at the desk it's actually a person on a screen and you're video conferencing with them. I've never seen this before so it was unexpected but it still worked out.

A great location just a 10 minute walk from the port and close to the Spanish Quarter and lots of bars and restaurants. The room was a little on the small side but more than adequate for a short stay. Very clean and modern with everything you need and the staff were very accommodating. Refreshments were available for guests use in the reception area. I would recommend this property for a short stay in Naples and it does represent good value for money.

If you have a choice of booking the hotel with or without breakfast then I would recommend booking without. Breakfast is taken in the bar next door but is not value for money. You receive a voucher giving you a hot drink, a small glass of fruit juice and a pastry. You would be better having breakfast in one of the many bars/cafes available in the vicinity.

Spacious room, clean and with a view of the city. There is no front desk but when you enter the b&b, there is a live chat with someone from the staff to welcome you. The check-in and the instructions are very clear and easy. The location is great. Close to the port, it's easy to find restaurants nearby and to get around the city. It's a safe area to stay.

Perfect location - right in the center, close to both the port and the train station. Bonus for balcony, hairdryer, iron. It's nice that we could make coffee/tea in the lobby. It's good that you could leave your luggage in the lobby outside check-in time.

The bed linen did not smell good. 20 cent coins are required to use the elevator. Poor sound insulation - you could hear the neighbors, but it didn't bother us.

Location was great. Close enough to the ferries, and also easy access to the airport. The taxi service to the airport was prompt. Very clean room. Also located in a business district. We had an unusual schedule, and the owners/managers were good with communicating with us.

Didn't stay there long. The ferry we had planned to take was full, and we had to take one to an alternate port. As a result, we checked in late. So didn't get to do much except sleep and bathe.

The staff was really friendly, they let us in earlier and we could leave our luggage till check in. Big thanks to the lady who helped us to communicate with hotel reception. Additionally they also let us to leave luggage after check out so we could continue sightseeing and collect our luggage later on. The hotel location is really fantastic, just few minutes to airport bus so it was quick and easy to get to the airport
