the bed was a little soft for me and that's just me due to that I like firmer beds. At the restaurant, order espresso martini and it was a creamy martini, than my husband and I went on the Sunday ordered the belli-tini (to sweet, don't like sweet drinks) and than ordered steak bites and it came on a skillet pan, it wasn't sizzling and the bites were cold, the worst steaks bites I have had and it was a good thing my husband ordered a burger and fries so I had his fries

Pond view room overlooked the large duck pond and fountain complex. Very pleasant. The rejuvenated Thunderbird Alley restaurant and boutique pedestrian district is a short walk away. This area has eateries, craft brewing pubs, coffee shops, and such. All very well done. Ample parking. Grocery store across the street.

The hotel's own restaurant area is too large and somewhat dreary. Poor lighting doesn't help it at all. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

I like how clean the place is. How friendly the staff were and the housekeeping, maintenance staff. The room was tidy and clean. The bidet was a treat. WiFi was strong and connected well. Location was centre of the city which was very accessible. Overall, The best for money.

The fitness centre is missing a few pairs or a piece of dumbbells, equipment and bench;the whirlpool jets seems not to be working as well as the sauna, or I did not bother asking the front desk. The hotel is built I think in the 80s or so, I find it should adopt to new technologies like Bluetooth, and USB adaptors for plugins like phone and tablet.

Location was fabulous and the room hygienic level was high with all staff being very nice and professional indeed! We brought our three Shiba Inu dogs together and were warmly welcomed too! $100 pet-stay deposit was required. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory with all we need for first half day! Will book it again when coming to Chilliwack next time!

I left a note at the desk for the manager. I suggested that if you want clients to decline cleaning daily, (which is an excellent idea) you need more towel racks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. Also, with an aging population, the bathtub setup offers no hand hold or safety bars - nothing but a shower curtain which makes slipping very risky. The tub mat is hidden behind hanging hand towels. Table surfaces were missed, drink rings and a bit sticky. (mostly it's the safety feature to prevent falls that should be of the greatest concern.

The beds were good, but wish there were a queen but 2 doubles. The room was nice and the shower head was a bit awful but nice hot water so that is always the best. The staff were amazing

Stay was good value. Housekeeping did a prompt job. Restaurant was a bonus, in that it served good meals well into the evening. Great view

The HVAC unit was one of those through-the-wall systems and as such noisy, as well as kicking in and out. We wound up turning it off and opening the window - OK in November, maybe not at other times.

this is our go to hotel when we travel to the Island, which unfortunately has been that often in the past few years.

everything was great, staff food, room. our stay was brief this time only one night.

Large, clean, comfortable room, with a comfortable bed. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a Coast Hotel - good quality at a (somewhat) reasonable price, but nothing fancy. The pool and hot-tub are good and the hotel bar/restaurant is also.

staff was great. room as great . view was awesome . got into my room early which was amazing

the food was not very good for the price we paid. baked pototoes had black spots on it and nuked in a microwave the breakfast buffet used liquid eggs instead of real ones so food was not good
