Great room in the corner with a balcony and panoramic view! Loved it. And the shower with a view as well!

Murphy bed was squeaky with any movement. The breakfast was the WORST of any on our 20-day trip! Coffee machine was broken (?) all the selections were manually “X” marked except espresso or cafe. It was not an option to order a cappuccino. Scrambled eggs tasted powdery. Only cheese was pre-sliced Emmentaler. Selection of breads & “salty” items which upon check-in where described were slim. I could go on. Basically…it was not what we anticipated. But the view is lovely.

No Balcony furniture. It would be easy to provide a small table and chairs on the balcony to allow for sitting outside. Lack of TV choice, very limited and no international news channels. TV should also have Netflix/ Prime accessibility. Car park expensive

The indoor pool/spa, appartment like rooms with small kitchen and sitting area, so you can eat in the room. If was free parking if you parked at the water side instead of hotel side of room.

It is close to the habour and relating environment, restaurant, but some dustance from the city center. To go to the city center involves climping a lot of stairs.

Very beautiful big rooms. The place is really nice great view. Very kind employees. Special greetings for the reception team. Everything works relaxed and easy. Very nice trip.

Really everything is great. But why do you choose these kind of aweful two led pannels in the room. The rest of light is great. But very small point. You don´t need them. Just great

I loved the location, the staff , the accommodations except the laundry room. The rooms were clean prepared and always being cleaned.

The laundry wash machine doesn’t work well and dryer is poor quality took too long for clothes to dry. Need more than one machine . Restaurant was closed and was not told that it would be .

Oh my god what can I say about this hotel except to say it was classy , beautiful , amazing . It certainly has the wow factor .we were greeted by the most friendly receptionist , she was so bubbly , very welcoming and chatty , she was just lovely , our room was a one bedroom apartment which over looked the harbour and the restaurant was just Devine and the food amazing .

Didn’t find one thing negative about the hotel .

Great location especially if you need to hop onto a boat which is docked in harbour. A short 10min walk into town up the hill. Not too strenuous at all and a lovely park at the top. Recently refurbished hotel and spotlessly clean. The aparthotel concept was very good, with plates, pots etc and allows for making meals.

Despite a dishwasher in the room unable to find any dishwasher tabs. But this is a very minor point indeed! It is a great hotel.

Fabulous staff, cleaning of room excellent. room gorgeous but bed mattress little uncomfortable otherwise we had a brilliant 7 days in hotel. Restaurant food beautiful tasting. The views from balcony beautiful.

When we first arrived no info availaable. No times for food or breakfast menu. No pool times . We. Got out of pool on one occasion because of behaviour of other guests .

the spaciousness and the comfy bed. Good position on the ports. Close to night life and other restaurants.

the pool and jacuzzi were not warm enough. Late check in and early check out. Didn't get 24 hours and enough time to enjoy the sleep in. No breakfast included for the price and only one hour in the spa at a scheduled time is too restrictive.
