This is a convenient location for family visit in Rhode Island. The staff were exceptionally helpful and most welcoming

We had a handicap accessible room to accommodate my 97 year old mother. The bathroom is large enough for a wheelchair or walker however the toilet is extremely low (not comfort height) and the only chair in the room was on wheels ( not safe for someone with unsteady gait) This would be reflective of the original design of the hotel not of the staff

Kay was exceptional !!! She recommended a great restaurant, helped us with the pool/hot tub, and helped us with some baseball tickets for the next day. Very capable, amazing and pleasant. Also, your breakfast lady was very helpful and pleasant.

There is not enough light in the rooms. Only one light by the door and a small desk lamp is not enough. Please add more light.

Easy access to outside, quick and easy check in and was easy to find the temporary entrance.

Some reason the hot tub and pool was out of order. One reason I chose this facility. And Saturday night we had a group of young kids staying in the neighboring room and parents across the hall. They were rather load. Very poor lighting in room 212.

The staff were very friendly and responsive, the room was spacious, bathroom clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and we liked the privacy window shade. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices--make-your-own waffles, bacon, eggs, cold cereal, etc., multiple fruit juices and the coffee was delicious.

Not a thing--it was the perfect one-night stay for us.

It was very clean & the beds are very comfortable

Due to remodeling, the handicap spots were blocked. My husband is disabled, however it ended up not being a huge problem for us because whenever we were leaving or arriving back at the hotel, we just dropped him off at the front door.

The rooms need updating, mattress wss really broken in, I didnt like that for servive to the room you had to ask for service, unless there is a sign on the door..assume guests may need fresh towels, coffee, or even another roll of toliet paper

I arrived in tears after a horrid experience down the street at the Holiday Inn. Tiffany greeted me in the best, most calming way possible. her energy was immaculate and instantly calmed me down. I’m an actor, and I had 3 hours to prepare for my upcoming scene. I was frantic. especially traveling from Maine, and having come into town to one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. My room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The gym was small yet everything I needed. continental breakfast was decent. I’ll be staying at this location again when I work in the area in the future. I was there for two nights without a complaint!

I could tell the comforter hadn’t been washed. I understand hotel practices however, in a pandemic, I expect better.

Loved how friendly everyone was when we arrived and now that genuine courtesy extended through our stay. Continental breakfast was great and we loved how nice the pool area was. What an enjoyable stay!

The location was very close to 95. Our room was clean and the staff was extremely kind. We arrived very late and the staff was still friendly and pleasant! The breakfast bar was amazing as well!

The room was as shown in the picture, location good for exploring RI. Breakfast was delicious and well organised.

Housekeeping could not be scheduled in our 4 night stay, were told will be done on request. We requested twice but never got the service!
