For the money this hotel cost it was fantastic the staff were friendly and helpful and had a lovely rooftop restaurant with lots of plants and a pergola over the top you almost felt like you were in a luxury hotel but hotel was basic but had a had a good vibe and a homely fill definitely stay at this one again

Just only one thing and even that was minor if you go when the school is graduating there is a school opposite the hotel and they were playing a lot of music earlier in the morning and celebrations for the graduation it was just a little bit of a minor if you like to lay in but to me it was nice because there was lots of pretty children outside dressing up balloons and lots of Celebrations so I didn't mind it but it could be a dislike for other people

The location for us is really good,it's close to small stores or food stalls for a quick grab of snacks. Major food outlets and mall are also just a short walk away. Staff were friendly and courteous they were very good and quick with attending to our request. Room were exceptionally clean. Airconditoning were nice and cold. We stayed for 8 night our room was exceptionally quiet considering that there is a school just across the hotel.

We stayed at a room with kitchenette it needs a good cleaning of the cabinets as they were quite dirty. Pillows need replacing to something a little more softer as they were very hard and the sofa bed in the lounge area may also need replacing as the springs and cushion are very worned out it was uncomfortable to sit on.

The location is good and breakfast was good and good service

The staff from reception to cleaning crew were great. Minor issue that can be improved easily and this is my opinion: 1) Make sure the toilets works well. Staff came is with a plunge to fix the toilet a couple of times but the issue was persistent on that particular room. Administration offered a different room but I hoped the fixing could take care of the problem. Eventually, I accepted to be moved to a different room. Most times, the toilets don't have any flow. Need fix that. (I noticed many hotels in PHL have same issue) 2) There seems to be a dark matter in the bathroom. It looks like mildew but I was told it's calcium. It should be removed. 3) The bathrooms need better lighting.

they do not have an elevator, although they will offer to carry your luggage to your room. The bathroom floor doesn't drain well, so there will be a little pool of water left after you shower. At times it gets noisy in the morning from the school that is directly opposite the hotel.

there is no available charging cable to rent or borrow from reception, as this day and age, mobile phone is important so if you accidentally broken or misplaced your charging cable, then i suppose i could borrow or rent from the reception. unfortunately they don’t have.

Lovely staff everyone is really helpful, booking in and out was really easy and straightforward, really good value for money, was easy for me to visit the places I wanted from here.

Nice and silent, not much traffic

It's a hassle to walk the stairs on the 5th floor, the rooms need a renovation so the furniture doesn't break just while touching.

Close to proximity to our place. Very convenient last minute booking because of room renovations.

Cracked sink. TV remote hardly works. wifi speed sometimes slow.

Friendly staff, Easy check-in process, Clean rooms & smells good. Good food. We got complementary snack while drinking at the restaurant. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very convinience and affordable,the food is good and the front desk was very accomudating!!In our 3 nights staying in this hotel,I can say that it was very good experience.The room was very clean the cr was clean and the aircon also was fine cold..It was excillent stayed in this Hotel.Theres a good parking space as well.I love staying here!!!Spiral Suite Hotel is the hotel that you can actually very nice and good to stay!👌
