Well organised accommodation, in the centre of Paarl. The rooms are tastefully decorated and have the exclusive "Rain" handmade toiletry products. I liked the shampoo so much, I went to their shop to buy some. There are 11 apartments, so you don't feel like you are in a large block of flats. I spent a total of two weeks here, and I was very comfortable. The parking is good security, which has a sliding gate, and each guest is given a remote control to come and go. There is a Kwikspar right across the street and a great pizza place just up the road. I highly recommend Zeederberg if you are in the Paarl area.

Can't think of anything that I did not like

Everything about our stay was wonderful, would book there again in a heartbeat. Lovely location, our room was great, and the generator was a pleasant addition.

Although there is a kitchen, we didn't have a proper breadknife. Sounds mundane, but that was the only thing that we actually missed. Next time I will make sure to book a room that has a sliding door to the outside area. I am a smoker, and it was a little inconvenient to walk down the passage and foyer to go and have a smoke outside. This is entirely on me, I had to ask for a room with a sliding door to the area outside.

The unit was modern and neat and had everything we needed. The location was perfect

The generator was deafening. It was hard to sleep with the noise. It wasn't necessary to put it on at 1am in the morning. People may complain if there is no backup power but in the middle of the night is ridiculous. We drove to a house 700m away and could hear the generator from there and it was close to our unit (larger unit).

Convenient location, neat & modern. Walking distance from Bossa restaurant, pharmacy and Spar. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room didn't have a coffee machine, on request the lady in charge organized one for us! Thanks a million

The pillows are very flat, might need replacement

It was very neat and comfortable. Well situated and safe parking.

I would suggest to wash the windows on e in a while, and adding a corkscrew for all the beautiful wines to be opened.

Room was neat. Very well equipped. Close to shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Will definately recommend the place to family and friends.

Central location. Secure parking. Generator. Clean and spacious. Air-conditioning in bedroom and lounge.

Just the notice about being "fined" if you leave any dirty dishes. For the price, I would expect it to be standard that you don't need to wash your own dishes.

A newly fresh modern renovated room with a kitchen corner and a bath with a shower. Everything is in very nice condition and has the special touch. There is safe parking in the middle of Paarl with all kind of restaurants in walking distance.

Apartment had everything needed for a lovely self-catering stay

Echo in hallway when other visitors arrived late during the night / left early mornings. Would recommend alternative floor coverings in the hallway to absorb the noise

Accommodation was really good and clean, absolutely no complaints about that. We were kept well informed with regards to water supply problems.

The smoking area smells like urine and the ash trays/bins were not cleaned.
