Breakfast - The breakfast was good, though dining area a bit small as the hotel was full. Plenty of choice Location - we initially went to the wrong Kyriad[in town centre] but were redirected to the correct one. Well situated for access to motorways and also the nearby Chinese restuarant within walking distance from the hotel where we dined. Free parking was a definite bonus.

Staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The decor in the bedroom was very classy (ceiling & walls) there were also some nice touches with ornamentation and the bed was super comfortable as well! The breakfast choice was good, although the dining room was on the small size. There were a couple of restaurants nearby - we tried the one at the bottom of the road adjacent to the hotel on the rhs which was superb and good value for money. The hotel is also a convenient 30-minute walk away from the centre of Rouen. There is also a Lidl supermarket over the road.

Breakfast: food is fine, but there is not much choice. Everything is clean, nice bathroom, good bed. Protected parking lot, good traffic connectivity. Would stay again

The room was phonic isolated and had a nice view over the hill behind the hotel. It was luminous, clean, with confortable beds, sheets and pillows, and with a kettle with coffee&tea, TV. The room is decorated in an beautiful asian style, and had a modern bathroom. Toiletries were provided- tooth brushes& paste, cotton buds& wipes. Very good breakfast, with a wide range of products; milk, 3-4 types of yoghurt, coffee machine for different types of coffees, various breads, pastries, ham, cheese, sausages, omelette, fruits, cereals, rea, jams, etc. The parking area was big enough and accross the street there is a Lidl were you can quickly charge the electric car.

I liked the hotel and everything here. A fridge would be a plus.

A warm welcome. Great car park, secure gate. The room was fabulous. Super comfy bed & pillow. Lovely modern bathroom & amazing shower. Heated mirror for when it steams up after shower. A kettle in the room was a bonus. Slippers handy too! Ideal location off the motorway. Perfect for an overnight stay. Never had the breakfast but I expect it was very nice. Good value hotel. Certainly get a lot for your money. Highly recommended. Excellent stay. Lidl opposite is convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Good parking facilities, easy check in. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room was nicely appointed for a budget hotel ( slippers, toiletries), The bathroom was very clean -toilet brush provided. The beds were comfortable, air con. The breakfast was simple but tasted great- enough choice. Staff efficient and friendly.

There is a busy road at the front of the hotel if your room is at that side. It didn't bother me too much as I was exhausted. The automatic coffee machine coffee wasn't great. There is no bar - but there is a soft drinks to pay for facility.

Location was excellent. We did not have breakfast as we had to leave early. We travelled by motorbike and as I requested when booking we had a room facing where we parked. Car park was secure and gated at night.

The fact that they did not do food. As we traveled by motorbike we would have had to walk into town which probably would have taken about 15 minutes. Having just spent 4 hours on the motorbike already, getting back on the bike would not have been an option.

So, as part of the Kyriad brand, there is a certain expectation of what it will be like, however, this hotel is exceeds the norm. It is exceptionally clean and our room was decorated beautifully. There is an oriental theme (or there was in our room) which is no surprise as I imagine that it is run by an oriental family. (I am not knocking the brand but this was better than others we have stayed in) The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom and shower were really nice. Not only did they provide the normal soap, there was also additional extras like slippers, combs, packs of a toothbrush/paste and packs of razors with foam if you needed it. There is a Lidl opposite for any supplies you may need and an oriental restaurant offering buffet style food which is possibly owned/run by the same people as the hotel next door - this was delicious and was topped up constantly. Whilst it is on a busy main road and our room faced the front, we did not hear any traffic noise at all.

The place didn't have a bar (or any vending machines), but given the type of hotel, it's not always expected, but with the shop opposite, you could easily get what you needed

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, we received much more than expected. It is a quite basic hotel, but you could see that they tried to make you welcomed as possible, like the bathroom has additional items (toothbrush, comb, slippers, etc). The breakfast was basic, but tasty, we were full anyways. The accommodation was great for its price.

The breakfast could have more variety, but it was no worse then everywhere else.

The hotel is like a boutique hotel, very well furnished & pretty bedroom. Very clean & comfortable. The staff are very friendly & accommodating. I’m gluten intolerant & as they don’t have gf alternatives at breakfast I wasn’t charged for breakfast but still allowed the drinks & gf food that was available I.e. meats, eggs, fruit & yogurt

The windows are full length looking out onto the car park & road. Other nets or blinds would be appropriate as a lot of the time we had to close the curtains. Also AC is controlled by reception & our room got to 29 before I realised & asked them to turn it on
