I always stay at tyng every time we'll go to Sandakan. I like the spaces of the room. So big and comfortable because I have a baby and my baby needs a large room to explore.

Some facilities almost need to change like the sink pipe and the steel at the back door, something like to hold the door,the small one. And please mop and sweep the floor clean because I really don't comfortable, but overall we'll really like stay at tyng.

No breakfast provided. The location is quite good but no restaurant/groceries shop open nearby the hotel after 6pm. Need to go across the road to find a place to eat and buying things which is dangerous to cross the highway with childrens.

You have to improve the quality of the Tv's broadcasting. We couldn't watch TV at all while the TV just in front of our bed and it not functional at all. It makes our stay were so boring. You should also provide water heater. I bring childrens so i need to bathe them especially the small child and sometimes we shower late night and there is no hot water heater facility.

Room is very spacious and the most thing I like is the desk table.

It was very bad and dirty toilet, I don’t expect the toilet is shining but at-least it is clean and ready to use🥹 One more things I hope they are open for flexible to checkin early like 1pm because sometimes we arrive early and no place to stay at.

The hotel met our expectation despite an old "vintage" look from the outside. the facilities, furniture & fitting inside the room was good. The beds and pillows were soft and snuggly. The TV channels were watchable and the WiFI was very good.

It's near to atm machine, restaurants, petrol station and dobbies. The staff also very helpful.

The host should change the matress because it's a little smelly like haven't change at all before we enter the room. Maybe the host should check the toilet regularly because sometimes i cannot flush it properly

I like this place very cheap if u book online and the room is big. Nice and clean... how many times already I stay here.. I'm very recommended this place , hotel very near to all restaurant Starbucks, mcd and bataras .. Next time when we go sandakan we actually book this hotel .

Size of the room is what I like the most. There are resting chairs with a coffee table. I'm so grateful that the water supply is stable especially for the area like Sandakan. I got a huge wardrobe which enough for 2 person to hang clothes and extra pillow for sure. It is so easy to find parking as the area haven't totally occupied by other shops.

The wifi is under maintenance. Troublesome for business travel like me. The lobby is still under construction.

The room is spacious, the staff is excellent, the location superb. Really worth for family room.

The aircon is not so cold as family room is very big. Shld have 2 set of air-conditioning for family room.
