Rooms with good distribution of furniture such as bed, bathroom, shower. They also have a kettle, cups, TV remote control. 1 pair of towels for the shower and one for the hands. The staff is friendly and available to solve any problem or inconvenience that may arise. The building is large, the lobby is very welcoming. The following floors have wide hallways with wall-to-wall carpeting. Waiting areas outside the elevators with sofas, lounge chairs and coffee tables. I travel a lot on business and I can confirm that this hotel is better than others in its category, just check it out for yourself.

It's just a minor detail, but I didn't like the opening hours of the cafeteria where they also serve breakfast and snacks... It could close at 11:00 p.m. or at midnight. Anyway, it's just a detail that didn't really negatively affect my stay.

Fast check-in and check-out process. The room is always clean. Water pressure and flow in the shower and bidet are good. Free cold water for drinking is available. There's ATM/bank and convenience store in the same building. Also, the guard is especially helpful and attentive to guests.

İt would be nice if they have a (bigger) sign where the pickup/drop-off area to help taxi drivers and guests to know it the correct place. A bit of covered pathway from the pickup/dropoff area will be good too especially when it is rainy season.

For a layover in Metro Manila, I'd say this hotel is the best choice. Really cheap. There's a convenience store in the building and now they have a cafe at the lobby.

Accessing the entrance is always a hassle. There should be signages to guide the guests. If you get off at the driveway, you'll have to climb a flight of steps, which is okay if you're carrying a backpack. But if you have heavy suitcases, it's bothersome. If you get off at the floor level (side road) the (entrance) access is barricaded with a rope. There's nothing to do in the vicinity. The small mall is a hassle to walk to because there's construction going on between the mall and the hotel.

I like the location. I’m always booking Go Hotels Mandaluyong whenever I fly to Manila because of how accessible and convenient it is. Just a ride away to malls like Shang, and Megamall. Also, one of the reasons why I usually stay here is because the bathrooms were always clean - NO MOLD STAINS (black and pink molds) in the wall. Of all the Go Hotels that I’ve stayed, the rooms in Mandaluyong are spacious compared to nearby Go Hotels plus rooms smell good.

HOWEVER, during my stay here last Sept 16-17, the bathroom wasn’t that clean anymore. Bathroom floors were slimy and there were still soap scums plus, the shower area was moldy (there were black molds in the wall). I am allergic to molds that is why I feel a little bit disappointed this time. One of the main reasons why I go back to GH Manda is because of the clean bathroom, but my expectations weren’t met this time. :(

Location is pretty convenient. One of the reasons why I keep coming back is because the bathrooms are properly cleaned: no slimy and moldy bathroom walls unlike other budget hotels. This is a big deal for me since I am allergic to molds. Go Hotels Manda will always be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Manila.

They didn’t give me the requested room (booked room) maybe because it was fully booked that day. Since 2013, they usually give me rooms at the 6th floor. This time, I was assigned to the 5th floor and it wasn’t as comfortable to the 6th floor rooms where Im used to (facing Pasig River) — the layout and bathroom was different. It’s kinda small and didn’t like the obstructed view of Pasig River.

Clean bathroom

No bottled drinking water provided. Water dispenser is available at the hallway but as an overthinker, it can be kinda unsafe in a sense that pranks and bad guys can easily alter it. Bottled water is on sale at the reception. Slippers and hair dryer not provided in the room but you can request if needed.

Spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff (excellent), simple, clean, efficient, and comfortable.

Location is poor, impossible to get taxi, and there is no proper hotel entrance, coming in through the car park. Loading and unloading baggage is a hassle due to poor location and very difficult lobby access.

It's cheap. And you can get free water from the dispenser in the lobby of each floor.

Access to the lobby is difficult. You'll end up carrying your suitcase up or down a flight of stairs if It's your first time and your checking in late in the evening. The towels look like they've been used for 10 years. Don't avail of partner offers from Booking. These are usually terrible rooms. This time I got a room without a window. Almost the same when I booked a partner offer at Savoy Hotel in Resorts World. It was a very small room.

Location was okay, between MRT Guadalupe and Boni Station. SM Lightmall Residences is nearby. Has a convenience store next to the entrance and an ATM. Getting around and what you need is easy. WiFi was okay but slow sometimes, better to use mobile data instead.

The room we had a faint smell of cigarettes. The accommodation said they were fully booked so they werent able to provide us with another room to stay in.

Very clean and comfy bed. Great friendly staff. Close to Boni Train station. Nice mall close by with lots a great places to eat. I stayed two weeks total. Highly recommend it for the price

A small refrigerator would be good and maybe a small cabinet for hanging clothes for a longer stay.
