We specifically chose the Myeongdong location and were very pleased with its proximity to the metro as well as the Myeongdong Market. The room was comfy, had a great view, nice amenities (fridge, electric kettle, robes, slippers, shampoo/body wash, toiletries, etc.) and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We'd read about the elevator issues (only three for the entire building) and it was slow getting to the lobby at times, but we planned for this and left our room earlier than necessary so we weren't delayed. The Starbucks also was out of most food options on the one day we went for breakfast.

the location is very great. it is just a few steps away from the closest station and an 8-min walk to myeongdong shopping area. the hotel is very accommodating. there is a day we all have to go out early by 7am. we hv sought help from the staff in arranging light sandwiches for us. the other thing is the room is very neat and tidy. the hotel breakfast is excellent with many different options, fitting different cultural background needs.

one thing is that the bathroom is half transparent, which is no good for travelers with roommates. for the couple is fine. it would be better if it is a wall instead.

Location right next to trainstation entrance and myeongdong shopping area is hard to miss. Near some nice cafes and a starbucks is on level 1/ground floor Room was nicely furnished with sufficient size and reasonably new/modern facilities

Housekeeping lacked the attention to detail you would expect Some examples over the 4 night stay that really bothered us - the used cups were never replaced, room service plates/cutlery were not promptly removed, some dust collection in corners / lack of wiping down surfaces

The booking of a taxi from the reception staff for the airport was a scam. We paid AU $96. The hotel receptionist told us to make sure we take this particular taxi, giving us a registration number because, according to him, if we don't take this particular taxi with the given registration number, the receptionist personal account will be charged. A worrying factor was the Taxi DID NOT have a running meter, as well; the taxi driver did not speak English even after we used a Translation app. Very dodgy. At the end of the trip, the taxi driver opened up another phone with the number 96000 KRW on the screen.

Very clean hotel with a professional staff and front desk people. Includes almost all the facilities that you need in a Hotel. Breakfast was quite good with a combination of Korean dishes as well as English breakfast. Location of the hotel is also quite good and convenient. Euljiro 3 (sam) da station is just below the hotel.

I found few things missing in the room which I would like to list down and inform Hotel management hoping they can use thus feedback to improve the facilities 1) shaving kit was missing from toiletries. 2) A clock in the room (or atleast a small alarm clock) 3) Hand and body lotion in the make up area. 4) few things in the mini-bar to drink in the night time (of course not for free but atleast keep few items like cold drinks or couple of beers etc.)

We stayed here for one night when we first arrived in Seoul. The location was perfect with the train station right out front! It was modern and sleek and clean. The staff went above and beyond to help us. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

There was no single room to accommodate a family of four. We had two rooms next door to one another with two single beds in each. This seems to be typical in South Korea, though.

Breakfast was good with many choices. I especially love the Mushroom Soup. The Hotel is clean with accommodating and helpful staff. Location was good with a subway just outside the hotel. Walking distance to the night street food and shopping area.

Room is very clean & spacious. Metro station is in front of hotel and airport bus is less than 2 mins walk. Good location. Myeongdong night market/shopping area is within walking distance (less than 15 mins)
