Cozy property, very nice location, great service, peaceful and serene with the aura & greenery around. WiFi worked well, had a homely feeling with the hospitality of the owner. Value for the buck. Worth attending.

The breads were frozen & then left to defrost in the room temperature and breads became stale in 2 days, maybe store the breads in fridge instead which will make it last longer :) Everything else was great.

The property was perfectly suited to my partner and I. It was really cozy and clean, and we were really grateful for the time our host took to stock the kitchen and our room with breakfast supplies!! We felt well provided for. Everyone on the property (including other guests) were really friendly!

Located 10min away driving from Penneshaw, it's a cozy facility with possibility to park the car just outside. The room is well furnished and the heater in the bathroom simply perfect. Very good WiFi connection and selection offered for breakfast.

A little cold, but plenty of blankets are available.

Small family run B&B, very quiet & comfortable large room with breakfast provisions that you cook yourselves, a short walk to the beach, lots of kangaroos & beautiful blue wrens & honey eaters visit frequently

No air con, it was a heat wave and the ceiling fan struggled on a 29 deg night, though we realise that this heat was unusual for KI. No BBQ available so was a struggle cooking steak dinner in the hot kitchen

Very peaceful place to stay a short walk from the rocky shore with generous breakfast supplies to prepare as you wish in the common kitchen area. Unfortunately the queen mattress was hard and uneven and needed updating as did the pillows. As I was traveling alone, a bit of wriggling found a "groove" but it might be different with 2 people sharing the bed Neisha was pleasant and welcoming and left you to enjoy the great scenery of Kangaroo island. The nearest shops were at at Penneshaw about 15 minutes drive away. There was a pub and great supermarket as well as other restaurants and tourist information. The car ferry from the mainland docks here. The wharf was great for fishing, I easily caught my lunch on several days, great fun while watching dolphins also fishing in the bay.

Loved the quietness and tranquillity. Easy to get to all areas of the island. Great little B and B that had pretty much everything we needed. Very friendly host. Would stay again.

Bed was too hard for us but I guess you can't please all sleepers haha. 2 x large glasses instead of just small ones available would be good as well.

The room was clean, cozy and equipped with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Bed was very soft, had fresh, soft sheets and was very comfortable. Breakfast was your standard but generous with options - cereal (a few different kinds), porridge, breads, spreads, milk, juice, yoghurt, fruit cups, eggs and Belgian waffles. Kitchenette is handy especially when staying more than a day or two. Host is lovely! We will definitely be staying there again if and when we visit KI.

I had a very comfortable stay at The Fig Tree B&B. The room was large and the breakfast provided in the room was really good with lots of options. The location was really convenient for me, being only 10-15min drive from the ferry terminal. I'd recommend staying here!

Ample provisions for c/breakfast....our room was comfortable and room temperature was adequate without additional heating

Kangaroo Island is bigger than you think ! We covered many hundred of kilometres to/from from Figtree B & B to visit attractions closer to Kingscote than Penneshaw Don't catch the 4.30pm ferry as you arrive at Cape Jervis at 5.15pm and catch as all the ex Adelaide traffic when light is fading and driving is difficult on unfamiliar roads with on coming traffic

Everything. Host was excellent with meeting and explaining facilities. Very helpful for extra information regarding Island. Transport to Airport was accommodated by Host as property is remote and no transport on Island (buses,Taxis).
