The room was really big, the bed was really comfy, the shower was amazing. Great, big room with a cool design. Breakfast was great, the staff were lovely and the accommodation is very close to many tourist and historic attractions.

It can be a bit loud at night. Wifi wasn't very stable. The room could do with a little mini fridge, a table and some shelves. The big warderobe didn't have any shelves so I think it was only a cool accessory. The property is also on 2nd floor and we had a pushchair. There were no lifts so we had to carry it up and down the stairs every time. The outside and hallway could do with some improving, as it is all run down.

What we liked the most was the warm vibe there. It's a family run business accommodation and we felt really welcomed there! Lovely family:))) Even though they almost didn't speak English, we were communicating and trying to speak to each other. Also it was very convenient to speak in Whatsapp too, Melina always responded very quickly. There were 2 things we were worried about before getting there - parking and a private external bathroom. The bathroom outside the room didn't bother us at all. It was right next to the room. Also there are not many rooms-guests in the accommodation, so it felt very private anyways. The parking- it was free and outside on the street. There was a "parking guy" who helped us to park our car every night, everything was very secure and we didn't worry at all, just in case we just dropped some coins to him;) Also we even saw our car from the balcony. The accommodation was actually in a very good location also because we were in the beginning of the old town and exactly there you can go by car, further no. To walk in the main square was about 10min (with 2kids). It was really nice to sit on the balcony and sip some wine. There was a church and the street view. All the rooms were super clean, after breakfast they even cleaned the dining chairs! We got a really nice experience staying there, a very local experience. We would definitely come back next time when in Catania:)

Would prefer a softer pillow, but I didn't ask them, maybe they have:) Also in the breakfast would prefer more fresh stuff like tomatoes, cucumber, salads, fruits!!, etc. But overall the breakfast was good :)

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It couldn't have been better located, yet it was well soundproofed. The place was clean, and the owners were very sweet and attentive. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot.

We were surprised to find out that our bathroom was located outside of our bedroom. We didn't quite understand what private outdoor bathroom meant until we got there. It, however, turned out to be fine as there are only a couple of rooms in the B&B, and not a lot of passage.

The owners were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good and very italian 😆. The place was vlean , comgortable and antic design that was very cool. The location was perfect in the center of historical city of Catania. Only 2 minutes walk from Piazza Del Duomo . Ease access to Bus Station and Tourist Guides if you want to move to or visit other cities or attractions. The sea was 30-35 minutes walk but there were buses every 10-15 minutes. (1 euro tickets).

No dislikes. For the price you pay is 10/10 stay.

The B&B is located in the center of Catania and in walking distance of all sights. It is easily accessible from the airport (both via bus and car) and with its elegant, former century interior, makes you feel like you have just entered an Italian palazzo. Each morning, we were woken up by the smell of coffee and fresh pastries and greeted with a smile by Luigi and Melina, who run the place. Both of them instantly made us feel like family and went out of their way to ensure we have everything we need, while still giving us space and privacy. We will definitely book this place again the next time we come to Catania!

We had a wonderful stay and felt like home! Beautiful rooms with perfect location and the sweetest staff, would come back any time!

The location can get pretty loud during the late hours, for light sleepers could be an issue. We didn't mind.

Breakfast was prepared by Señora Malina, and was excellent

If there was a small refrigerator / coffee machine in the room it would be perfect. The neighborhood around the room looks dirty and neglected (in fact the whole area in the old city of Catania looks like this)

Everything was perfect! Location was amazing. Melina made us the most delicious breakfast and was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Giovanna also helped us with transfers and things to do. Looking forward to returning soon!

Beautiful room with style and balcony in a lovely location, big and confortable for 2 adults with 2 small children. We could also Park the car in front of the door for free! Spotless shared bathroom. Lovely breakfast experience. Loved talking to Luigi who prepared breakfast for us. Soulful stay! Would love to come back.

I liked everything!

Nice and cozy room. Comfortable and huge mattress. Heavy curtains. Effective and operative air-conditioning. Small balcony. Less than 10 minutes to piazza Duomo.

There wasn't a refrigerator in the room. It is quite needed, especially during summer time. The wooden closet seemed quite fragile. I would like to taste some salty breakfast (bacon, eggs) not only sweets, ham and cheese.
