It was all nice and cozy in the room. Overall a good experience and close to U-bahn after ehich just 2 stations leed to the town center.

Don't like part was realy stresfull and I must write this. It is related to online check-in. In reality it is a nightmare. I came to Stuttgart and my link wasn't working at all. Online service told me that they have no reservation on my name. 4 hours took them to finaly send the right link. Not cool and pleasant. Actually there is someone at hotel who can help, but you don't know it haha. If the problem arise, just go there. Many thanks to Max!

The mattresses are really good - this is a key point for us. The cleanliness is nice and the staff cleaning are doing a good job, they are also very friendly (most don't speak German but you could feel the care). Also the location is very close to where we work and it was perfect for that reason.

You have to get used to it that there is no reception. Sometimes it is really hard to get a reservation question answered. Eventually I found a staff who is there from 11am who was very friendly and helpful and my issue was solved. The rooms, as we had different ones from basic to comfort, to be honest. I didn't notice any difference, really, none. So these few Euros difference is not really measurable. The room is a bit small and there is not much space to put your clothes, but for a shorter trip it is enough.

10/10 overall experience and so value for money. The concierge pre contacted me, and helped me with the pre arrival check in. There is no front desk, however, the check in and key collection is easy procedure. In case you have any request/ inquiry, the concierge is always there to help, making the service personalised - shout out to Diana! The room was great, big enough for 2 people, comfortable bed, nice view, hot water. The breakfast had a variety of options. The location of the hotel is perfect - just 2 stops away of Hbf and 3 from Schlossplatz. Thank you for the great hospitality and really enjoyed Stuttgart.

-We loved the self-checking via phone. So easy and comfortable -The bed was amazing -The room design was lovely -It was clean -Check out at 11 -For years we have been hoping for Google cast or similar to be present in a hotel room and this hotel has it ! What a gem !!!

-we came by car to Stuttgart and it would have been nice the hotel would specify they are located in an Unwelt zone (low emission zone) we had to leave the car outside the area as it was a spontaneous trip

Second time we had stayed, and would stay again,found it comfy, clean and easy 24 hour access. Breakfast available and also vending machines. Parked for free on the street outside but it was limited. Payable car park available.

There were very noisy guests next to us , shouting laughing and singing between the hours of midnight and 3am. Through the corridor right outside our room. There were no staff to complain to only an email address, but really needed the situation dealt with immediately. Also parking was very expensive, although there were some street parking in the area.

The room was clean and new, the staff was helpful and the location was conveniently near public transit. The check in and out system was very straightforward and easy.

Every thing you don’t have included is very expensive. I don’t remember about breakfast, but for example parking was €17/day which is not more than the city, but considering that all the street parking around fills up fast, it stings. The snacks and especially water were very expensive. The room didn’t have a fridge.

hotel is not far from Centrum Taxi is 17€ .The receptionist very helpful,Bar open 24/7 Restaurant from 18:00 to 23:00 we check out and they lets me left car on the parking for next 10 hours..

bed are not very comfortable..To hard mattresses but 4 some people are nice.Breakfast nothing special and 15£ per person..Kids 7,50

It met our expectations; having everything automated (check-in, digital room key, etc.) was great. The Wi-Fi exceeded my expectations. For parking, we found a spot on a back street for our car, and since we used public transportation afterward, we didn’t experience any issues.

We didn’t have breakfast, but we were able to grab a croissant and tea—though it would have been nice if it were a bit cheaper.

To be honest, the room was bright and spacious. It had a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Spending the night there was a delightful experience.

Maybe one downside was that the two split beds kept sliding apart. This made it a bit inconvenient at times while sleeping. It would have been better if they stayed together.

it was clean, warm, comfortable. There is a garage. Late check out time.
