The hotel looks mediaeval and is very well looked at. It has a large sitting area and you are surrounded by a small pond, filled with fish.

After I collected the key I went to the room and dropped my luggage. We went out and upon return, I found the room door wide open. I was told that some staff member has gone inside to check/repair something. I was not informed of that, prior to it happening. Nothing has gone missing. However, if I collected the key, the room is mine and I need to be informed if someone needs access to it.

The hotel is nice, has a good terrace and restaurant and is conveniently located on the city's outskirts, having also a generous parking.

No staff showed up in the morning for breakfast on the reason that "only 4 guests were checked in the hotel at the time". The issue for me was the coffee and not the missing breakfast. Else the climatization in the room is extremely noisy, being turned on and off during the night to keep the temperature constant. If only on or only off you'd get used with the monotone noise, but frequent changes keep you woken up.

We stayed 1 night in the hotel and for us it was good variant. Clean comfotable rooms with balcony, good breakfast and restaurant on the territory. Car parking is available near the hotel but it is a quite busy and you should find a free place. Nice green territory with own brewery.

No air-conditioning in the rooms what could be uncomfortable at hot weather. The elevator exists there but it is situated between floors so you have to pass several steps to reach it (not useful for disabled persons)

The room was really big, nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The restaurant is really good. The breakfast was various with both salty and sweet food, very nice.

The shower was leaking so the bathroom got some water on the floor. The furniture in the bathroom was a bit ruined, even it was modern and new. We had dinner at their restaurant but no discount was applied even we were in the hotel.

The place looks fantastic! Very beautiful building. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good, the staff very friendly. Also the breakfast was very good and diverse.

Unfortunately the internet was not working and we had to work. The staff was very kind to changed the room but the internet didn’t work either. Also the air con was working only on heater. And the windows do not seal properly and for a person that struggles sleeping with noise it was not ok. Bit my friend slept well as she has no problems with the noise.

The staff was very friendly. We received a very small room with no hot water in the first evening and it was extremely noisy because it had windows by the main street. We asked for a room change and the staff were very friendly. They upgraded the room and made the changes immediately.

If you have a room with window by the Main Street, it can be very noisy.

This place is just wow! Beautiful hotel and the best service. Their restaurant, which is where the garden is, as well as a covered area, is always busy and for good reason. The food is amazing! The service is top, they can't do enough for you. I had a king room with balcony facing the garden, very worth it. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.If I ever come back to Bacau, for sure I am booking here and nowhere else!

Really great place, nice balcony, flowers, location, lovely, helpful receptionist. They had a small tooth brush and paste which was just - what I needed!

TV remote was missing and I got transferred to a even better room with a balcony and flowers:)

Pros: +Diverse breakfast +Friendly staff +View over the garden very nice +Warm and cozy +Good value for money

Cons: -The shower in the bathroom was leaking a lot each time we used it (room 18) -The rain shower did not work, the water would come out from around the faucet -Wi-Fi did not work (the private one did once someone told us the password the next day) -Dirty carpet which made taking pictures quite cumbersome (room 5) -No swimming pool

Great hotel with great facilities. Rooms are spacious, with a hint of medieval decor. Great buffet breakfast with both sweet and continental options. They also have a restaurant and a brewery that I highly recommend.
