The aparthotel has everything one could require to stay, even for a long time. It is practically an aparment with reception. The receptionists were extremely kind and helped us in many ways. First they prepared the room for us hours before official check-in. They helped a lot with places to visit and gave us transport information. They even lent us a universal adaptor plug! The garage is directly under the property and is provided with lift. This was extremely practical and useful. The center of the town is around 30 mins on foot, but the walk is pleasant, straightforward and level.

Silvia is a great person, smiling all the time and ready to assist you. The apartment is spacious for 2 people and the bed is large. It was quiet at night. We got extra towels because the cleaning lady noticed we had put the large ones on the couch as it was hot. The garage is closed at night, but you get an access code. What is more, there is a lift from the garage to all floors. It's not far from The Old Town, we walked there easily.

The mattress was a bit hard for my taste, but it depends on one's preferences. The chairs are not comfortable, still my opinion. Minor repairs should be made.

Exceptionally friendly and caring staff, great breakfast, excellent parking, quiet neighbourhood (one can sleep very well!), downtown is easily accessible (20 min walk or nearby bus), spacious apartment, great value for the money!

I really enjoyed my stay, it is hard to find downsides...maybe I would have liked a few more plugs near the beds, but an extension cord is available in the living room so it was easy to fix :)

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In addition to the typical Italian sweet breakfast - cakes and sweet pastries - you can also have cheese, butter and ham with buns or several types of bread and zwiebacks with or without gluten. In addition to regular butter, lactose-free butter is also available. The coffee is also typical Italian, which means: very, very good. Refills available! The parking garage is a great advantage, since there is a serious lack of parking spaces in Trieste. The hotel is located in a quiet street a little outside the center, but everything is still very accessible. The city center is a twenty-minute walk away, as are the Park of Remembrance and the Cathedral of San Giusto, and the port is a half-hour walk away.

Summers in Trieste are very hot, so it would be very nice if the apartments were air-conditioned. If you are traveling by car and you have a roof box, please note that the entrance to the garage is only two meters high, so you will need to dismantle the box to be able to park the car in the garage. Your hosts will no doubt warn you about this.

The first thing to know is that this is not a hotel room, but a one bedroom apartment. It is very spacious, comfortable, modern and clean. Separate kitchen with basic equipment, adequate even for a longer stay. A spacious bedroom with a huge closet and a comfortable bed. Comfortable living room with large sofa and decent dining table. Good breakfast at a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. All in all, more than adequate for this price range.

In all honesty, I couldn't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe some things could be better, but certainly not in this price range. Maybe the breakfast time could be longer than 9:30, for example until 10:00.

The owner was extremely nice with us. We had check out at 10 am but our flight was ar 9.55 pm and we were traveling with two babies. When we were going to leave her the keys she asked about our flight time. She realized we were going to be in the city center with our luggage and babies and offered FREE the room until 7pm. She didn't charge us for extra late check out and let us be in our room until evening. That was really kind of her. Thank you so do much! You made our trip even better!!

You can walk to city center but if you want to go fast you need to take bus. But still, perfect place to stay.

The manager was friendly, welcoming, and generous. I arrived after the registration desk was closed but I had clear instructions for how to enter the property and collect my keys 😀 Also loved the fact there is a lift to the 4th floor! The rooms are spacious, and everything is easy to find. Although the accommodation is not in the centre, the transport links (buses) are easy to use and take just a few minutes. Property clearly states no Aircon (thankyou). It was hot weather but the rooms were bearable with the help of the fan and the 'penguin' (a sort of extractor fan that blows air). There is a Despar supermarket very near by for supplies.

The shower head leaked (I really needed a shower!) And the toilet cistern was running continuously, but I closed the door and couldn't hear it, so it did not disturb my sleep. There didn't seem to be any clothes washing facility??? So I'm glad that I wasn't staying long enough to need it.

I really enjoyed the hotel service. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. So were the ladies who helped us with breakfast. I can't remember the last time I met such committed and friendly people in a hotel. The rooms were fine and very clean

The hotel is more than decent. But the location itself is not the best. It's not about the distance from the biggest attractions of Trieste, because I like walking (about 25 minutes at a good pace). But the immediate surroundings of the hotel are not ideal for walks with small children. I'm not complaining because nothing bad happened to us. But we didn't feel comfortable there.

Arrival: the receptionist welcomed us very warmly. We solved the underground garage location for our car, he showed the sights and buses on the map. We have been to many places, but we have rarely encountered such friendly communication. Breakfast: tasty pastries, good coffees. The accommodation: a 20-minute walk to the city center, everything was easily accessible.

It wasn't like that.

This was my second stay at this facility and it exceeded all my expectations. Silvia and her staff were treating us very well and all the services including the breakfast were absolutely superb. The location is good even you need to walk a bit to reach the city center but it is manageable and also possibility of parking is a great advantage. I look forward to come back to Trieste.
