What a delightful experience! The breakfast spread was both delicious and diverse, offering something for everyone. The highlight, of course, was the stunning beach - simply paradise. The path to the beach was a welcome shortcut, leading to a breathtaking beach that our family adored. Our kids had a blast at the pools, and there were plenty of free activities for them to enjoy. The shorter path to the beach added convenience to our stay, and we couldn't have asked for a better time. The ferry trip and dolphin watching were unforgettable. Despite some minor hiccups, we'd definitely return! There was even a foam party!!

Overall, our stay was very positive! The breakfast was undeniably delicious and offered a wide variety of options. However, the downside was the waiting times and the rather crowded and noisy breakfast room. The kids had a blast in the pools, although we noticed that the indoor baby pool could have been cleaner, as it often accumulated sand at the bottom. Initially, we were allocated a room with a rusty bathroom, but the staff quickly responded and moved us to a fixed room on a higher floor. Parking in the area was expensive, but it was necessary given the region's location. The ferry trip and dolphin-watching experience were memorable highlights of our stay, making us consider a return visit despite the somewhat higher rates.

The sea view room was beautiful, the room had everything we needed. breakfast was great facilities could ahve been explained to us, so we got full use of it all. safe for children and close to a wonderful beach

the swimming pool indoors was not clean there was faeces in the pool and no one knew until my daughter swam in the water and the family who did it told us to get out. no follow up when I complained.

Troia is an exceptional place and the hotel is good and well placed. It has a good breakfast and restaurant for dinner. The rooms are fine and the staff is nice.

My room was not very clean. Fourniture needs some refreshing and beds need new mattresses. Bed clothes are very uncomfortable also. A bit pricey for what we have.

it’s tired, maintenance of grounds and the hotel itself leaves a lot to be disired . Burned out Light bulbs in the hallways need replacement, hand disinfectant dispenses empty for days, furniture and footings in the rooms and need to be replaced as they old and damaged. Bar in the lobby needs to have proper bartender and actual beverages to dispense to the clients. Also this is the first hotel we have stayed at that has no coffee ou tea available in the room.

Sofa bed was not the best for sleeping. Swimming pool was very ful of people so it was hard to find a chairs available.

great location, close to the sea and the river. we also got an upgrade for the accomodation, which made our stay even better.
