Plenty of space in the room, comfortable bed. Not super exciting, but overall fine.

Location is just ok (can't really get anywhere without driving). Plumbing is extremely loud - you can hear toilets flush from several rooms away. Breakfast is mediocre - totally indistinguishable from any other kid range chain. $10 per night for parking is petty - it's on premises and you can't reasonably get there without a car. Costs at least double what it should overall, but so does every other hotel in the area.

Our room was comfortable and clean, and everything worked as expected. The architecture is attractive, with several wings and areas. Location is near downtown Santa Barbara, but it's too far to walk.

Parking in the hotel garage was expensive. It was difficult to enter and leave the property by car, as it is located amidst a freeway interchange. Staff were polite but not friendly. Breakfast was uninspired and very busy. Unlike many hotels, there was no coffee/tea available after breakfast time.

There was no good ventilation in the room. The a/c was either full on or off. There was no option for just a fan. The bathroom was small and could have had more counter space. Parking was NOT free. The fee was listed on the Hyatt website, but not on booking.com. Even though booking.com indicated no prepayment, we were charged the first night's stay at the time of booking (per Hyatt policy). (We only stayed one night)

Clean, comfortable and updates. Rooms were quiet for everyone in our group. So important. There are coffee places to walk to and a nice family restaurant next door. Breakfast was tasty and enough for all tastes. They do it well and it is not just a few pastries and an urn of coffee. Staff was on it. Lightbulb out? 30 min from phone call. Battery dead? 20 min. Wait, maybe they think batteries are more important. Ha The place was great and fantastic value for the money.

This hotel was just what I thought it would be for its price range. It's clean, comfortable, friendly staff and has a decent breakfast. The guests who stayed there were really nice people as well. It is located in a very desirable location, just far away but not too much from the beach. You can cross the highway right across from the hotel and head over to Los Olivos for biking or to Solvang to eat and shop in their quaint city centre.

Booking with Expedia saved us money but they gave us the left over hotel room as a result. I tried to change it but they explained about the other rooms being reserved for non Expedia guests but it was worth it because booking directly we would not have got a room. So heads up that you might not get the best room available but the location is great and worth it.

The place had many comforts like a great spa and fireplace at night wood burning so lovely. Safe place cool and clean air. Great daily breakfast included with many options very delicious and well made scrambled eggs and bacon daily yougart a fruit and nuts and seed . Honest and good people working and vacationing w a Dog friendly hotel! Rare hard to find place that allows two dogs awesome and was very pleased with their staff also

Well, we first went to Santa Barbara and went to the wrong hotel. It had a breakfast option but was not close to the beach so we told him to cancel our room we went to the hotel that was right across from the beach as we said we wanted on our phone conversation not happy about that… we felt that we were a little bit misled

Comfortable, clean hotel and pleasant staff on arrival.

Prior to our visit, we were disappointed with the service received - I selected to pay at property but the hotel took payment for one night using the card on my account which I had explained was a UK card. As a result, my bank charged me a large transaction fee. I queries this with the hotel and they offered no explanation, infact they completely ignored me message.

The room was clean and the room staff very friendly. Breakfast was good and hot. The location was good as it had easy access to the freeways.

There were tiny flies all over the bathroom. We had an accessible room, but the water did not drain very well in the shower. It was all over the floor. My wife is disabled and she had a hard time with the water on the floor.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, filling breakfast. We were on a road trip and it served our purpose fine.

Just to manage expectations- It's a hotel on the highway - easy to drive to the city in 7 mins or so but not just to walk out. Food options for dinner may be limited - you can also go to the restaurant next door though it closes at 8 pm.most days. Still, if you are with a car-nothing to worry. W
