Overall new, clean rooms.

The water in the pool was dirty, murky and green. The pillows on the bed were very small and uncomfortable (more like accent cushions rather than actual pillows to rest your head on).

Employees at the reception desk are very helpful and courteous. Excellent first impression and it did not disappointed me all through my two weeks stay. The breakfast was good. The bread selection was very good. The croissants OUT OF THIS WORLD! The coffee was very good too as well as the selection of teas. The fruits were fresh and up to the season. The site was clean and the tables well distanced. The staff very professional and in general polite and ready to satisfy the customers needs.

HOT options are very limited. More selections on the hot breakfast will make it more appealing (the same scrambled eggs day after day it is not tempting), no potatoes of any kind and/or meat protein to go with it. To make available cold milk for the cereals would be a good addition (only yogurt does not make it).

The room was of an extremely high quality, the communal areas were very aesthetically pleasing, staff were helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring central La Plata. I'm unlikely to visit La Plata again, but if I did, I would stay here again

The only thing that didn't quite work out was getting something to eat on the evening I arrived. It appeared that the hotel restaurant had run out of food - although my Spanish may be letting me down here, and there may have been another explanation - so I decided to head out into downtown La Plata, which was ... interesting (the only time in five weeks in Argentina that I felt a little unsafe). No criticism of the hotel is intended here, just keep this in mind if you decide to venture out at night (in the daytime the place felt fine).

Beds had very firm mattresses and pillows.

The dedication of the waitress while dinner at the place, she took too long and complained that done enough with two hands only . In two instances I had an issue with a waitress another served a dish over spilled smoothie and my friend who visited us paid for this lunch, she was very disappointed. Maybe have been the same unhappy waitress in both instances.

The staff was so helpful. One of the employees walked me to the bus stop to explain to me how to get to where I was going and I really appreciate that.

Breakfast was excellent, as was the restaurant during the evenings. The location made it easy to get to meetings near the center. Small shops nearby for incidentals.

The facilities and amenities. This is a great place to stay. Great service and great location.

At one time, the service at the restaurant was really slow. I took about one hour to have my order ready.
