Location wasn’t bad, Walmart close by. the pool area was great, I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was really nice and you really can’t ask more from a place. they took my package that came in with my glasses which made me really happy. they were great I would come again.

NOT A BIG DEAL but - the first night I reported my room phone didn’t work. The initial main tech josh was great and tried to fix it but after it was called in no one fixed it for my entire 6 night stay.

Both Kiosk experiences were bad or poor. Prefer dealing directly with a person one on one not someone working remotely with family and noises in background. Your lady agent Zeel or Zelle was HORRIBLE! 2 Bd rep was Aman he was nice but still prefer on person not remote on 3rd time had Aman but it showed a different name, it was the exact same person, so this concerned me

It was clean.

There was really no management to talk too unless it was on a kiosk.. which was weird to me but I get it’s for their safety but during the day like check out or if we needed anything no one was around but other than that it was pretty good

I liked it because it met my expectations since it didn't have a good review, but they have done some renovations and it is worth the price and the cleaning was very good.

The decoration of the curtains and doors looks a little old.

the kiosk has a live person and each person me or my husband have spoken with have been very professional and helpful the staff was exceptionally nice housekeeping was also beautiful. Everything that they advertised they have fully working and clean!!!

Refused to break a $10 bill so I could use the bill changer in the lobby to do laundry.... Luckily the nearby restaurant was able to make change for me, then the dryer coin slide sticks and almost couldn't get it to start.

Great room, plenty of space for what I needed, and clean. Decent location, pretty good Italian place nearby, and a couple other restaurants within walking distance. I had a nice neighbor.

Check-in was strange, as there was a front desk person but had to use a remote worker on a screen. Breakfast was less than stocked and the worker didn't seem to care. There was a crime scene with a bunch of cops while I was there at one point, that was a little discomforting.

I stay here frequently. It's a good central location for the beaches I enjoy going to. The rooms are always clean, the AC is always working, and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

I have never had a complaint about this Quality Inn.

Liked the whole experience. The place was nice and clean and staff were very professional. I came last minute. Breakfast on premises was also a golden star.

$150 a night and the fact that somehow or another the room deposit I missed and didn't have so I had to borrow from a friend just to keep reservation.
