The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The beds were really comfortable.

The whole facility had a weird smell. The bathroom in our room was not the cleanest the shower wall had mold and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. Everything in the bathroom got soaked every time we took a shower. Our room was 2 queens and a sleeper sofa and states up to 5 people, which that's what we had, so why do you only give 3 towels and bath rags. After traveling for hours and getting in late the last thing we want to do is have to run back and forth to the front to get towels so we can shower.

I was amazed and surprised that breakfast was not continental but a full breakfast. It was very good.

There was only one safety bar in the tub/shower nor was there any mat in the tub. My friend slipped and almost fell. That was our only complaint. We are both elderly and needed more safety bars and a tub mat.

Very quiet room. Bed was incredibly comfortable & water pressure in shower was great. TV had many channels & pool was refreshing though very small.

Only complaint is coffee offered with breakfast was very weak. I choose “bold” but tasted like hot water with a little color. Food was ok.

We liked how comfortable the beds were and how clean it was. We really liked Terrell. He has great customer service skills and was very friendly and warm with us! He made our stay even better!

The lady who checked us in. She is not quite the people person I would say. Also make sure you check your account after checking in with this lady. My friend was charged twice for his room and wouldn’t have known it if he hadn’t checked his account. She didn’t want to admit what she had done. Terrell came in and handled it though. Other than that it’s not a bad place to stay.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good for the price of our stay. We would stay here again.

Location was a little different to find but the traffic on I 85 was thick but the GPS got us there would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The room was a good size and comfortable.

We were told breakfast was 7a-9a, even though it was listed until 9:30. We arrived @8:30 and the eggs and sausage were empty and no one seemed refilled them.

A Bus Of Students was staying on the 3rd floor where I was staying and they were loud all night, slamming doors in the hallway playing 🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

My family and I stayed at this location in January. When booking for our stay this month, I asked to have the same room as before. Upon arrival, we were given the exact room as requested.

The cleanliness, and comfort of the bed. And The courtesy of the staff.

The loud smell of marijuana constantly. We had to go and purchase some air spray to keep the smell down. Even tho the hotel can not control this situation but it is pretty bad. And at certain times at night it was a lil loud from the noise.

The breakfast was awful. Not a good selection. They need to get a new pillow and a clean microwave. The microwave is very soil. The bathroom needs more lighting.
