We liked everything about the stay and staff..Very nice people in charge and always showing concern of our stay and situation. Would be more than greatful to stay with them again. Wish most of the other motels were this nice,friendly and considerate..Thank you Sonesta and Staff!! Woo hoo!!

Loose towel bar,and faucet was a little loose in the bathroom..I made the staff aware as soon as I could.

Very clean--a major item for me. Nearly full kitchenette: full sized refrigerator, two burner stove, dish washer, microwave, and toaster--very important for frugal travelers. Free laundry room--major item for longer stays or long vacations. Exercise equipment in good order and as good as found in a major gym. Excellent location with several restaurants and local shopping (e.g. groceries and pharmacies).

Furniture showed age but fully functional--minor item for me. No free meals, drinks, or snacks BUT see shopping above. No oven--not important to me.

The front desk worker, Greg, was absolutely wonderful. He was so nice, attentive, and knowledgeable of the area. When we needed extra pillows and blankets, he had them to us within minutes. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room had everything you needed to make it feel like home.

The rooms curtains had an old smell almost like someone had previously smoked in the room

The staff are the stars of this business! They were exceptionally attentive, helpful and kind. Their performance was stellar.

Being pet friendly I would like to see a better area for pets walk in safety. That is my only negative comment for this Sonesta.

Found about 4 ants in the room, one side of the bed only had a small round ledge on the lamp- no space to put glasses or charge the phone. No vanity in the bathroom really limits space to put things. Room needed a good vacuuming,

The best staff I’ve ever dealt with! So accommodating and friendly. Clean rooms, a lot of storage, kitchen was well equipped, comfortable bed, amazing shower pressure, free laundry, free parking. I could go on and on.

I would have liked to have had an actual oven, not just a microwave. The VCR didn’t work. I had a couple of old vhs tapes I wanted to watch. I seriously cannot think of anything else I didn’t like!

My wife left her clothes along with 30 gold coins in the drawer of the dresser. When we called about it, the worker retrieved everything and is shipping it to us at home. Thank you sonesta simply suites..

nice to have kitchen facilities and microwave, toaster, and refrigerator in the room. Everything seemed clean and nice. The handicapped bathroom was very helpful and walk in shower was appreciated!

Just a little more silverware would have been nice
