Wonderful location. The condo was very nice with all the amenities we could ask for. We were able to make log burning fire which was great. The condo was even larger than I was anticipating. The front desk staff was very helpful. There were even fresh flowers on the dining room table when we arrived! We will definitely be back here to stay.

The dining room table light was not working. We had difficulty trying to adjust the thermostats.

Good stay and comfortable furnishings. Had a two bedroom and two bath with kitchen. Location was good although we were at the very top of the hill but very much enjoyed it as a better price alternative to Aspen.

No air conditioning and it got pretty warm at night for a couple nights in June.

Huge apartment with very clean facilities. Also had a washer/dryer in the apartment with detergent packets! They had huge glass walls in the living room and we could see fall colors all around.

They had super early checkout at 9am. The walls were also very thin, could hear people walking and talking almost the entire night.

Comfort, cleanliness, space

Ceiling fan did not work in one bedroom. Maintenance did try to fix this, but the fan required a special battery, which was never found during our stay. One property did not have ceiling fans. When there is no AC provided, all rooms should have working ceiling fans.

It was an amazing place! Had every amenity you could possibly want. The views were fantastic! Appreciated the transportation to and from the mall. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Snowmass.

Location. The pool and hot tub. Staff are wonderful!

Wish we had coffee in the room for daily morning coffee as we had a coffee maker but they only provided 1 days worth of coffee (for 1/2 a pot) and we were in a group of 3 people. Otherwise it was great!

The location was great and loved the shuttle system Top of the Mountain had.

The mattresses were too hard and sheets to rough

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Kudos to Atlanta for the complimentary water bottles and bagged ice! So nice to have washer and dryer available, too.

Check in/check out policies were unclear

The condo was very clean. Bed was confortable. Our family room and bedroom had mountain view and we loved it! Every condo has its own parking lot, so it was easy to park. We arrived after working hours; however, we had all the instructions available to get access to our place. The front desk contacted us several times to check if we need something, and they let us to stay a couple of hours later. Location is close to Snowmass village, walking distance… be ready to walk up to the hill when you are back! However, shuttles are available if you call to front desk. We didnt use this service but we knew it was available. Overall, very nice place to stay!

We liked the direct communication via text messaging, which was fast and efficient. They provided us with many very helpful information that way, which made our stay more enjoyable.

When we stayed the day temperatures were reaching 85F and the A/C in the room wasn't working. They gave us a leaflet with fake instructions on how to operate the thermostats in the condo, which was really frustrating. The small fans provided for each room were insufficient to cool them down, so sleeping in such conditions wasn't easy for us. There are no ceiling fans in the rooms. The cleaning service comes every other day, not every day.
