Love the location - close to the bus stop (to/from the airport), close to the tram. We LOVE Glyfada, always stay there, however, if you want something closer to the city, you may want to look elsewhere as it takes about 40-45 mins to get to the city/port via public transport. The area is beautiful and safe, the view of the water from the hotel is lovely. There is a walking/jogging path by the water - excellent for morning walks. There are plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants; our favorite was the Apollonion Cafe. The hotel's RESTAURANT IS SUPERB. We had dinner there a few times and the food was fresh and tasty. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to go back - we will most definitely stay at the Palmyra Beach Hotel.

All customer service desk personnel. Breakfast was very good. Would like to single out the people who were serving the breakfast such as Kostoula and Johan. Thank you for your Koulouri Thessaloniki's Navro given to us as well as a breakfast box when we were leaving early morning!!

Nothing to complain about

Spent a week here with my wife.The hotel was spotless and staff were really nice. Lovely bar / restaurant and fantastic pool backing on to it. Pool service excellent .breakfast was OK. I only had 3 times. The room was top notch . Best shower I have ever had, think it's a Japanese shower.

1.The noise of the traffic. There is a 6 lane dual duel carriageway running right by the hotel. We were lucky we got room furthest away from it but was still very noisy.. the traffic was relentless. We were coming back from bar around 2am. Was still at it. Had to keep patio door.shut. Can just imagine what it's like facing the road. We were in room 103. 2. In the foyer where steps meet ramp, there should be a handrail . Floor and steps same colour as ramp. Worn out red strip to tell difference. Not adequate. Hard to makeout. Someone with impaired vision could have nasty accident. Wouldn't cost much to install

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for the Sea Turtle Rescue Center which was important for us. Access to public transport was very convenient for Athens and the region. The Room was comfortable though basic. Daily water bottles were a nice touch.

Road noise was very high. Bathroom did not feel very clean on arrival but improved during our stay. The bathrooms could do with renovation (drainage and ventilation) as it flooded every time we had a shower and always smelled musty.

The hotel is a convenient location with the bus right outside. Route 96 will take you directly to the airport (and from the airport) for $5.50 instead of the $40 a taxi will charge. $50 for coming to the hotel. The restaurant and bar serve great food at reasonable prices. The breakfast is the highlight since it serves something for everyone. Fresh food is the best way to start the day. The ocean and beach are just down the street, dont forget your water shoes...it is a little rocky with small rocks. The pool area is ok, needs a little repairs and the ladders def need replacing. The staff is great. The hotel location itself does not have anything close in the terms of cafes and shops but a few lights to your right and you will find what you are looking for. There is an elevator, lift to those that call it that, a balcony with chairs and a table, a drying rack for your swimsuits and clothes. Overall a great stay and somewhere to lay your head.

The noise from the road is constant as it is on a major street, nothing unbearable but there.

This is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was spacious and clean, the bed really comfortable and the bathroom great too. The nights were quiet and I was able to get a good nights' sleep. There was a balcony from which you could get a nice view to the sea. The staff - the receptionists, cleaning ladies and waiters were all so kind and helpful. I wasn't feeling so well and strong for a few days, and they were all there for whatever I needed. The food in the restarurant was amazing. I would definitelly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Glyfada area.

It's our second time in this hotel and I can't wait for the 3rd one :) Wonderful hotel, the price is really fair, we enjoyed staying there a lot. 1. Location is perfect. We wanted to stay in Glyfada and we got it. It takes about 10 minutes by feet to get to Glyfada city center. Area where hotel is located is super safe and nice, right in front of the sea. Tram or bus can get you to the center of Athens (takes 1 hour). Besides, a beach is right in front of the hotel, so in summer it's a plus. 2. The hotel itself is very nice, you feel very welcome. The staff is amazing, thank you guys a lot! There is also a gym and swimming pool there (we didn't swim though, it's cold now haha). 3. The room is spacious with all necessary facilities. It's very clean there. Besides, you have a nice balcony, a mini fridge, water. Bed is comfy. So it's just great :)

Everything is wonderful!

The position right by the beach and near to a lovely shopping center with lots of restaurants and coffee shops ..swimming pool was nice .room was big and the shower was something special never Seen anything like it anywhere else a really nice experience ..The staff were friendly and the room was cleaned well everyday .The omlettes and cooked eggs at breakfast were very nice ..

As everyone says and I knew beforehand the front rooms are on a main road and noisy at night even with double windows .The side rooms are much better ..Breakfast could have changed some items occassionaly as same everyday .maybe different bread ,croissants and hot items .

Firstly, the receptionist was really nice to let me in the room earlier, than usual check-in time, for I was very tired after the night flight. Secondly, the hotel upgraded the room I had booked from Superior Double to a Junoir Suit, which was spacioius and comfortable. It has two well working aircons, that were very useful in the afternoon. The bathroom is equipped with the modern shower, the variety of pillows helped me sleep well. Despite the balcony was facing the street, it was shady from noon. and it was quite comfortable to spend time there. The noise from the street does not disturb you at all, when you are in the room, due to double doors between the balcony and the room. The beach is 2 minutes walk from the hotel, it was rather clean and not crowded. I spent only 4 nights at the hotel, and hope to stay longer next time.

We had a great stay in Glyfada! The staff was super nice and helpful, especially on our trips to Athens. The proximity to the beach, where we could jump into the water before breakfast, and the short walk into the village were also great. We also recommend the turtle rescue station, which is only a few minutes from the hotel. Last but not least, we got to the center of Athens with the tram, totally relaxed and without any traffic jams!

The only criticism is that the air conditioning blows cold air directly towards the beds, which kept us awake at night because we basically had the only options of sweating or freezing. Unfortunately, experimenting with different temperature settings didn't improve the situation much.
