If you are a first timer to Copenhagen. The location is everything. You are situated basically in the center, and easy to walk to all the main attractions, restaurant, and shopping. The staff is so lovely and helpful. The vibe of the hotel is very cozy and chill. The breakfast is 5 stars. Fresh ingredients and lots of options.

The bathroom. We don't mind the small space as we've been to hotels in Japan where bathrooms were even smaller. But this one was just not as functional as we preferred.

Staff were light-hearted, fun, and knowledgeable. Good systems in place. Luggage room to store luggage upon early arrival. Check in at 3pm. Large cafe / bar area downstairs to relax in with a toilet available.Social hour from 5 - 6 pm, including one free glass of wine.Direct route from Airport to nearest metro station, no changes required. Lots of restaurants and a laundrette within walking distance of hotel.

Rooms were on the small side, though they did have tea and coffee making facilities. No baggage racks to leave you bags on in your room.

The position was perfect. 30 mins walking distance from every attraction or neighborhood. And very good typical nordic breakfast.

i didn’t like that when you take a bath, the all bathroom floor gets wet.

The room is fairly clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. There is a free happy hour every day offering free beverages and drinks. The location is pretty convenient as you can walk to the metro and train station in 5 minutes and many tourist attractions in around 20 minutes. The neighbourhood is also safe at night. It is a good choice for solo travellers looking for a budget trip.

The corridor can be very noisy in the early morning. The bathroom is very tiny and the toilet and shower are very close together so the whole room would get wet after showering. However, everything is clean and functional.

The staff were super friendly, the styling of the hotel was very chic, and the location of the hotel was excellent. We loved the opportunity to take a break from sightseeing and have "cozy hour" at the hotel, and all of the people watching we could do while sitting on the street outside.

By Canadian standards, the shower in our hotel room definitely left something to be desired! Also, if you are tall like my husband and I (6" and 6'5", respectively), you've got to mind your head on the low, slanted ceilings in the hotel room.

We loved being in such a perfect location, close to the metro and buses made it easy to get around. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable beds! Loved spending time in the hotel lobby each day with great mornings coffees and afternoon wines during cosy hour, the perfect space to relax during our travels. Hiring bikes was seamless and they were perfect to explore the city like a local. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will reccommend to our friends too.

Bathroom was older and small, however still very clean and totally fine for what we needed.

Excellent location, nice room

We pre booked breakfast and then changed our mind as our plans had changed and hotel Wanted to still charge as they said breakfast had been cooked. It was a buffet with everything possible on menu so not turning up would not have wasted food. After talking to staff they didn’t charge on this occasion

I liked the superfriendly staff and the laughs we had, the happy hour every afternoon, the rental bike facility, the super big and nice room I got, and the incredible good and nature inclusiv breakfast with the sounds of birds around you (and: not any plastic material and thus waste materials at all !). This was one of my best stays ever in a hotel, and I will certainly come back once.

Lovely stay at Ibsens hotel - location is great and close to Metro station (make sure to stop at TorvehallerneKBH food market) , many restaurants around (Slurp Ramen Joint, Da Aldo Pizzeria, La Rocca), all attractions are walkable distance. Staff at the hotel were superb and helpful, cozy hour in the afternoon was nice bonus, room was good size and bed comfortable. You can buy magnets and postcards at the reception + they have maps of the city.

Improvement: luggage room situation can get tricky if hotel is busy as there's only one small lift and no stairs; some essentials could be added to the room - body lotion, maybe bathrobe/slippers; and stamps to send postcards !
