How friendly the staff is? And how easy it is to use the different websites to book online and the quick, convenient check in having already paid online either using the motel six app or sites like booking dot com

My only advice I would give is maybe some are those individual creamers that they have like Irish cream or French vanilla. I know that people like to overtake on things like that. So items like that could be a per request thing by the front desk. I know it's a little cumbersome, but it would definitely make my morning a little better cuz. That's the one thing I definitely could use is a little a little sweetness to my to my coffee.

The staff here is VERY helpful. They get me checked in fast and if the options are available I get to choose what part of the motel my room is. Genesis , Laura , and the main Manager (sorry I never got her name) have been the main ones helping me and I have nothing bad to say about their customer service. They get me in and out of the office. The rooms are clean, the housekeepers are friendly and work hard. The location is good with stores and banks , gas stations and food places all around.

I liked that there was plenty of parking. Easy to locate. Close to the freeway.

I didn't like that my room was too close to the freeway. Freeway was pretty noisy. In the morning there was lots of noise from leaf blower. But I am sure that doesn't happen every day. The TV was very small.

It was quiet not a lot of traffic people it was really respectful and comfortable

There was a little bit construction happening at the property but I don't blame the hotel or anyone other than that I was comfortable and I liked it

The room was very comfortable Sheets and towels was very clean T.V was working good, no roaches and not smoking cigarettes odor. For what that I needed everything was perfect

I can't enjoy the swimming pool, the water was very dirty, also I see too many cigarettes butts. And one of the things that I see is that there no regulations for the kids, they had been playing outside until late night, making a lot of noise and throwing trash for everywhere and one day a girl knocked my door and runs away and I decided to changed the room.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The housekeepers make sure I always have what I need and make sure everything is always clean. Laura, Genesis, and Adelid are always so nice and they know how to get their job done.

The nicest staff ever and this has to be the cleanest hotel or motel that I've stayed in in years. It was amazing

The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was okay and I wish they would have shown me the amenities of the property when I checked in but I found them myself by walking around

The staff and the house keeping was excellent. They were very hospitable. And I know that word, coming from Georgia. I would recommend anyone come stay at motel 6 in chino.

I like how fast it was to check in. The lady in the front was so helpful and helped me when I arrived. No problems happened and it was fast.

I did have two spiders in my room but I didn’t really mind too much. The TV kept glitching but I mostly watched YouTube on my phone anyways.
