We booked our stay without breakfast willing to try every time something in a new place, yet we ate once on the premises and it was huge variety of food served as self-served breakfast buffet for much lower price than in the city. There was also a little self-served store with snacks and drinks including beers and cigarets available 24h. Laundromat and gym in a basement. We also like that we had shower in a separate bathroom than toilet;

garbage truck at the very early morning hours was making enough noise to wake us up; yet I have to admit that the men did their best to do their job as quiet as possible;

I love my room actually, there are laundry facilities as well, and the room also feels warm since I stay during winter. the staff was also pretty helpful.

the location is very far away from the center. It's also far away around a 12-minute walk to the closest metro station, and it has to pass a kinda forest. So it's quite scary if you are a woman and traveling alone and need to walk at night from the metro to the hotel. it made me keep taking Uber. so yeah, indeed quite an affordable price for the hotel but you need to spend money again for transport by taking a taxi/uber :) it might be more suitable if you have a travel buddy/family or you bring your own car for the location.

Efficient staff as expected in Germany. Very friendly and helpful staff ( I did not catch the name but a very special thank you the person from Sri Lanka at the reception and the super friendly breakfast welcoming staff from Dominican republic. Really made our stay special ) Breakfast is a little expensive but you have a lot of option and make a brunch out of it. Especially nice was having something like two bathroom : one room to shower and the other to use the rest room.

Rooms could have had a coffee machine or at least a kettle. Our door and an issue that it would not close properly and the only option was to change room, they would not fix it. At breakfast the slamming of the plates being collected is a very hard and a very loud way , making it a little unpleasant to hear such thing in the morning.

I truly don’t understand why this hotel has such a low rating—it was an outstanding experience for me! It’s the ideal place for a stopover while traveling by car, as it’s conveniently located right off the highway. I stayed here for one night in November, and everything was perfect. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, the rooms were comfortable, soundproof and well-heated, cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was simply fantastic! I booked a room with the breakfast, already included which offered excellent value. I highly recommend to do the same. The buffet was filled with fresh, high-quality options, and the staff was attentive and welcoming. This hotel goes above and beyond with thoughtful extras like being pet-friendly, having a small market on-site, private parking, and more. All in all, this hotel deserves a solid 10/10 from me for far exceeding my expectations!

Absolutely nothing !!

Good value for money. A 1 night stop over for our family of 4. We wanted to venture out into Munich as we arrived in the afternoon and was advised by staff how to find the metro which was a steady 15 minute walk. This hotel is nestled in between a type of industrial estate and whilst walking to find the metro we walked past a number of 'gentlemans' clubs which was rather unexpected. Not a problem for us although explaining what the ladies were doing in their bikini's out front was an interesting story to tell the kids. We got a family ticket into Munich centre for around 18 euros return

Reception was very busy when we arrived and the system wasn't so organised although there seemed to be enough staff members. When checking in we were told that the room we booked wasn't available so had to have two separate rooms. Not ideal but the rooms were very close to each other.

The beds are comfortable and restful. The location is great, about a half-hour from the airport, and there is easy access to shopping and dining without having to drive into the city.

No air-conditioning on warm days means having to open the windows, possibly admitting mosquitoes. No ventilation fan in the w/c: a fan would keep the room fresher, and it could draw cool air in through the window in the evening. Booking through one of the major sites involves careful reading: the good breakfast is not close to free, nor is the excellent available parking.

Everything was great, large and beautiful room and very cordial staff ♥️ u-ban station really near and reachable by a very nice park ♥️

Our order from Lieferando had to be delivered by our room, as the staff girl explained to us, but we waited 1 hour without receiving any news about the order, then we found out delivery by the hall completely freeze. None of the staff advise us that the delivery man was passed by and left the food by the all.

The hotel is beautiful, beautifully designed. Location is great if you're just staying on the go, as did we (we didn't go to the city center).

The parking. It was completely full and we needed to find it somewhere else. The receptionist didn't know the ramp wasn't working and also didn't know anything about the street parking (bonus info - they "don't care, as it is not theirs"). We parked on the street in front, but before we could even find the spot, we had to circle around. Another part that stressed us out was the police writing tickets for bad parking in the same street, so we spent some time on our window looking if the same thing was to happen to us.

Big room, comfy bed, great internet, very warm temperature (which during the winter was a plus), nice location for traveling by car- close to the highway, very clean, nice staff, huge and not expensive parking

No electric kettle in the room - this was very disapoiting.

One aspect where Bento Inn truly shines is its cleanliness. The hotel is impeccably maintained and our room was spotless. I noticed that the towels in our room were changed daily. Although the hotel location lacks nearby coffee bars or restorants, the hotel has a mini shop inside where you can grab a cup of coffee or beer. At evening there were always some people in front of the hotel enjoying a beer. While this may not be everyone's cup of tea, it did create a bit of a social atmosphere for guests seeking a laid-back evening. Overall, this hotel managed to offer a pleasant and comfortable stay during my visit to the Bavarian capital.

The hotel's proximity to the city center is not ideal. The hotel location is situated in Zone 1. You will need to walk for about 8-10 minutes to reach the nearest Ubahn station where you can take the U2 to the city center, the ride is approximately 20 minutes. There are no bars or restorants near the hotel.
