It was a lovely apartment. Great location. Everything you need for a great stay. Friendly staff

We had a toilet that didn’t work. Contacted staff and they sent a plumber. Plumber came to fix toilet same day. It then leaked all night. We had to turn off water to Taoist. Contacted staff again. The plumber came back later in the day to fix toilet. All good after that. These things happen and they were attended to quickly. I think the property could have offered a part refund or dinner voucher for the inconvenience.

Nice easy location in the middle of town and just across the road from The Renmark Club and river front. Room was larger than expected and bed was comfortable

There had been issues with a roof leak that hadn't been repaired on the ceiling. Room was very big and tiled with no rugs on the floor. So everything echoed. Only 1 air conditioner in the main living area and not one in the bedroom. Would be very hot in summer and cold in winter. Code for the door would not work until dot on 2 pm. So even though we had checked in we had to sit outside of the room and wait to get access. There was also another couple waiting to get into their room.

A very spacious apartment with two good sized bedrooms and beautiful bathroom. Very clean and comfortable beds . Nice sized living room with big tv and comfy lounge suite and dining table. Nice balcony to sit outside on as well .

Security of the doors could be a little better. Locks did not feel very secure and no lock to door at the top of the stairs. Balcony door was sticking a bit on the bottom and the handle was loose as a result of repeated pulling.

New build apartments with modern amenities and quality fit out for a fully self contained holiday apartment. Very central and within a stones throw to amazing restaurants and pubs.

It was extremely hot during our stay and the Master bedroom was very stuffy and found it hard to sleep as no in room aircon or ceiling fan. We had to buy a fan and leave the bedroom door open which was awkward as we were travelling with friends. Aircon in the living room and second bedroom were very efficient though. Secondly there are 2 entrances into the bathroom, one from the corridor and one from the master bedroom. The doors are only lockable from inside the bathroom that were very fiddely to close. It would have been really nice to have a lock from the bedroom side. In saying this though we would definitely stay again.

The rooms were spacious and lovely for a family of 4. There were lots of blankets for the cold nights. It had a large fridge and enough of everything. The best thing was the central location of the apartments.

I had to follow up to get a tea towel and dishcloth that was forgotten to be put in the rooms. However they were very apologetic about this.

Exceptional accomodation! Everything was absolutely sparkling clean - the cleanest bathroom and kitchen we have ever stayed at. Thank you for the incredible attention to detail! The rooms were very spacious and had a great layout for families. All amenities were new and modern and everything was so well presented. We couldn’t have asked for more. Fantastic location in the heart of Renmark within walking distance to everything. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again!

We had booked accommodation elsewhere and upon arrival found it so appalling it was unliveable. Booked this apartment at midnight, phoned first thing in the morning. Colby was so very helpful in allowing us an early check-in so we could leave our previous accommodation as soon as possible. Colby was helpful every step of the way. Fantastic accommodation and location.

Great apartment close to the town centre. Clean neat tidy and spacious. The apartment had everything in it we needed.

Stairs were a problem as I have knee issues, but we could only get a family room up Stairs. Heating in the main area could do with a service, took a long time to heat and was noisy.

Very clean and modern with great facilities. The location was perfect. The Renmark Club is across the road and the main street is a short walk away.

Carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. This didn’t impact on our stay at all but certain guests would struggle with this so would need to make sure they request a ground floor apartment.

Very clean comfortable & well situated apartments. We've stayed 3 times now.

Nothing to dislike about apartments. Work being done along Riverbank across the road at Renmark club so we couldn't sit out & have coffee on the deck. This will be finished by October we believe.
