Great location, interesting building arrangement. Decent breakfast. Lots of good restaurants and night life on street in front of the hotel. Lovely staff. Very clean.

Our room was a budget one because it was a noisy room towards the busy street. I didn’t read that in the description. My mistake. I didn’t think at that price it was budgeted. I don’t think one should sell a room like that if kids are involved. Sleep was difficult. It’s a little too expensive for what it is. The pool is salt water extremely chlorinated, which gave people reactions and burned lots in the eyes. My parents stayed in a normal room which was very small.

First we wuld like to mention that all of the staff are really friendly and helpful. They immediately helped with parking and gave good tips of the city and the sourrounding. The location of the hotel is just perfect - being right at the harbour and only minutes away from the city center. The only problem is the bar a few houses down. The music is so loud that the hotel cannot guarantee a quiet night. There is nothing they can do about it - it is not their fault. The bar believes to be a top open air discoteque in Turkey where the music is at around 80 - 90 DB. Also there are many cars passing by and the windows are not that sound proof - here the hotel needs to do something.

As international travelers we were a bit disappointed by the breakfast. The room is very big and not very cosy. As in the whole hotel the personel is very helpful and friendly. But one has to ask for Capuccino, Espresso or even different egs. The buffets offers anything that a Sicilian heart loves - many pastries, prepared sandwiches. But no fish, hardly any cut fruit, vegetables, the musli is status of a 2* hotel as is the bread. From a 4* hotel we would have loved a bigger international variety.

Location on the harbour side was excellent. Pool area was beautiful, with great views. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and there was a lot to choose from. The rooms were spotless. Cleaned everyday. Clean towels and bedding every day too!! The staff were friendly, highly professional and very helpful.

The ‘P’ parking logo on the hotel’s booking.com page is misleading as the hotel has very limited parking and it’s very hit and miss as to whether you get a spot. We were directed to a local car park ( no discretionary rate offered), which cost 15€ a day. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive, delicious pastries cheeses, meats, cereals, yogurts and juices. The staff especially Alexandria was delightful. Our little grand-daughter loved her. Alexandria, even came in when she was not working to say good bye to Marnie. That was over and above. It was a very lovely and kind thing to do.

It would be nice to have maybe a courtyard drinks service for it's residents, as its a beautiful setting. It is lovely to sit out at night, but there was no wine in the minibar. Just a suggestion not a critism.

Hotel is centrally located at the heart of the village, right on the marina where there are lots of great restaurants. The hotel courtyard is a lovely respite from the bustling town.

The room furnishings are very basic. The room layout was a bit clunky. There weren't a lot of windows so it felt a bit claustrophobic. Better lighting and more comfortable textures/decor would improve the vibe of the room.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right on the marina and close to everything. The pool was beautiful and not as cold as I would expect for early May. Plenty of free parking in the area. The room/ bathroom were really modern with up to date fixtures. Rain shower head, small toiletries and plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space to store our stuff, and the mini bar was well stocked. The room had a great balcony overlooking the water. We would definitely stay here again.

Warm and outstanding welcome from the lady at the reception, all the staff at the reception was polite, friendly and professional. The ladies from the housekeeping staff were exceptional. The room was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels, shampoo, shower gel etc. Delicious breakfast plenty of choice, savoury and sweet, the waiter was so sweet with our little baby🥰. Easy to park, great location, near to the town centre, great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel very welcomed.

Great location & fabulous staff. The pool and lounge area is perfect for relaxing and the town has a great atmosphere for exploring without being too busy or touristy. If you like good food with a lovely atmosphere you’d joule visit this location. The hotel itself is nice, breakfast is continental, the rooms are clean with a fantastic view of the harbour, slightly noisy at night due to the vibe of the area and being on the front - you can’t have it all! For us a great location meeting all of our needs.

The location is perfect for exploring, restaurants on your doorstep and the town a short walk away. We hired a boat without a skipper right in front of the hotel which was a highlight for us to explore the area by sea.

Location was excellent…it overlooked the Harbor and a few blocks from the centre. There were several good restaurants on the harbor, so you could stroll to them, then after have a nice walk along the harbor. The setting is quite beautiful. One of our favorite locations in Sicily. Our room overlooked the courtyard. The property had a lovely pool and several sitting areas. Our room was a little small, but adequate. The breakfast was amazing…lots of nice selections or you could have eggs prepared fresh. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I had an issues with my return flight and they were helpful getting it resolved. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Great location right on the harbour. My room was the only one with a wide enough balcony for chairs - great to sit outside and watch the world go by (although very lively and noisy so it won't be to everyone's taste). Lovely little town with lots of nice bars and restaurants and a good base for visiting the area. Lovely, helpful staff. reasonable breakfast with savoury and sweet choices. Nice swimming pool area.

The rooms are a bit old-fashioned - dark wood and a bit shabby in places (and lots of wicker for some reason!). Driving is quite busy and tight in the lower town and parking can be tricky. It is a very steep town with lots of steps up to the upper part so may not be great for the elderly/wheelchair users.
