Every thing is good and comfort even my kids love it. Really sea view. Recommended for family and group stay.

Only things is the door lock not so safe even it's like been broken in before. Néed change the door and also more safety lock.

Good views of the sea, sunset, and weather. Very comfortable beds, nice bed linen, lights over bed for reading. Quiet location away from nightlife but in easy (10 min ) walk of beach, bars, restaurants, night market. Good bus service has lots of stops through Batu Ferringhi for those who need it. (Be advised that they seemed to be moving the stop right outside the apartments - maybe just updating them, but be aware) Staff in the building very nice. Good lifts.

It is stated that the apartment has a washing machine. It does not, annoyingly (though plenty of cheap laundries in town) The showers and toilet are combined, so after a shower the floors are very wet for ages. Could do with a squeegee mop to push it down the drain. Despite being for up to 6 people, there was only 1 mug, 1 cup, and a couple of tiny cups, and only 1 glass!!! Not sure there was enough crockery and cutlery either. The apartment, comfortable enough, is definitely not deluxe, in fact it's very tired looking and in need of some attention. For instance, one of the balcony chairs is unravelling and uncomfortable. The pretty cushions and the rug in the photos are not there. Swimming pool limited hours, 9am to 7pm

This unit gives more privacy to everyone in a travelling group because only 2 persons share 1 room. It has 2 toilets so it's pretty sufficient for usage by 6 persons. The owner prepares everything that you need, including head-to-toe shampoo, hair dryer, hanger, clothes rack. It has a great location as you can reach restaurants and beachside within 10-15 mins walk. This unit is located at 15th floor so the view is very nice (unblocked beach view).

everything was perfect, the room was clean, the beds are comfortable, I think this is the first time I stayed in an apartment that provides extra pillow and the pillow is just nice not to soft not to hard. I came with my parents and my two children and the apartment was perfect fit

Just nitpicking here, we came with 6 people, there is no jug provided and there is only 2 mugs, but I think that just me

superb. My family & i were so happy & enjoy with the stay, scenery and alls. strategic place, room was clean & super comfortable. nice staff & sure i will choose this room next time. (sorry no photo since we’re too enjoy with the place)

except no lock in the bathroom door & the main door also seems like not too safe as we can open the lock door only using an atm card. And i can see small ants around the kitchen & somewhere else when i enter the house. thats all need to be consider :))

Not very spacious.. No any extra mattresses/ pillows /blankets provided.. No washing machine aso.. No free parking aso.. everytime in & out need to use TnG card.. for 2days we spent almost rm40 for parking...

Got aircond in all room . Clean . We enjoy.

Too hot in living room ..would be great if install aircond as well. No washing machine.the rest okay..

Great location, awesome ocean view and loved the pool.

No toaster, front door and second toilet door needed maintenance, no front door mat and balcony door mat. Toilet paper was very low quality, very hard to pull and ensuite bathroom toilet paper was soaking wet so we could hardly use it. No clean tea towels supplied. it Wld have been great to have access to a washing machine.

Strategic as it is near Escape Penang (15-18min)

The floor felt dusty/sandy, the iron had something black on it (stick to your cloth when ironing),
