Everything was great! I rarely write any review for hotels but my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Overall service was amazing, food was excellent and service at the restaurants was michelin-level with amuse-bouche and petit four even we ordered a la carte; the property is beautiful with great facilities; breakfast was the best we had among all the hotels that we stayed at in Mallorca. We have been to more expensive hotels but this one truly stands out!

Private beach isn’t maintained but we don’t like beaches anyway.

Excellent location, very quiet, access to the beach, great room, restaurant and hotel facilities

- Dinner service a bit over the top; between pleta and its partner next door, they’re missing a more relaxed restaurant with conventional food offering - gym facilities not appropriate for hotel of this class - mobile network coverage largely non-existent but wifi is very good

Stunning property with breath-taking views, fantastic bartenders, friendliest staff who go out of your way to make you feel at home, privacy and quiet. The pictures do not do it justice. The fact they also had top notch bartenders was a major bonus — for our final night, the bartenders surprised us with special custom cocktails to suit our tastes based on what we had been ordering. The attention to detail and kindness was unparalleled, we genuinely miss both the place and the people.

no complaints, it was perfect

This was one of my favorite resorts I have ever been. Absolutely incredible. So peaceful, beautiful, and truly luxurious. The food and drinks are incredible. We did the tasting menu at Pleta, as well as the tasting menu next door at the sister hotel, and not only was it a fun experience, but it was some of the best food we have ever had. The basic room is very well appointed, so many thoughtful touches, truly feels luxurious. The grounds are so beautiful, we enjoyed how quite, and peaceful, and private the grounds are. This place is a great place to disconnect with your loved ones. Highly recommend grabbing a bottle of wine, and walking the property during sunset one night. We loved biking between resorts. This was the highlight of our 12 day trip to Spain. The staff is so kind, and so helpful. I hope this place does not a change a thing because it is truly a gem.

We spent (sadly just) 2 nights at this stunning hotel and we had an incredible experience. Room - beautifully decorated, lovely natural materials (stone, wood, linen, etc) and light neutral colours. It is very spacious, even thought we booked the most basic room (I think most rooms are very similar though). We loved drinking cava in our private garden and watching TV while having a little break from the sun. The bathroom was stunning, with a beautiful bath (we had to have a bath, of course!) and an incredible outdoor shower! We loved the complimentary minibar, the coffee machine, the L’Occitane products (there’s even a L’Occinate hand sanitizer… how nice!) and the walk-in wardrobe. Also, we loved the fresh fruit and chocolates that were left in our room daily. Grounds - they are really pretty and perfectly maintained. I was lovely to observe all the fauna (birds, insects etc) from the comfort of the many outdoor lounge areas. There are so many different plants that the scent around the garden at different times is just incredible. My husband said that he felt like they should make their own gin with all these botanicals! The views of the mountains and of course the sea are to die for. Every little corner of the garden is special. We loved the rock sculptures and the (old?) tower around the garden too. Lots to explore! Also, I loved waking up early to explore the beaches that can be accessed from the hotel. It was one of the most beautiful mornings I had on the island. If you’re up for a challenge and you’re quite fit, put some hiking shoes on and go explore! (See pictures attached) The two stunning pools feel completely different and have the most comfy day beds the you can reserve. They feel very private due to the clever use of planting. We totally recommend exploring the other hotel that can be accessed from Pleta de Mar. There’s a natural pool on the beach that should not be missed. Breakfast - simply delicious. Great variety and amazing ingredients.

The only thing I would improve is the pillows. They are not too bad (I little too soft for my taste) but it would be nice to have a pillow menu. I really appreciate when I can chose between different pillows in other hotels and it makes my sleep much more pleasant. I was told they have different pillows, so why not offer them to the guests? Bear in mind that if you need to request a different pillow this needs to be done during the day. During the night, the person that can bring you the different options isn’t available.

Every detail from the breakfast to the pool side experience through to walking between the two hotels is just perfectly considered.

Private beach could be more accommodating with some beds and better sea access

The hotel is quite unique in its natural beauty and very spaciously laid out. Birds are chirping continously. Very elegantly landscape gardens with a beautiful view of the first pool and the sea in the background. The staff go out of their way in a very happy manner to accomodate you. They seem genuinely happy to serve and advise you. Food and wine are delicious. We spent 4 nights at the property to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and it was even more wonderful than we'd hoped for.

The property is exceptional, small, private and the staff who work there are a delight. They always have a smile and are happy to help in any way.

Breakfast was heavenly. Fresh fruit and vegetables and homemade bread. Ingredients were fresh and tasty.

Room service menu on a rainy day could be a bit more expansive. But that was such a small part of the overall amazing experience.

You’ll find all the confort and service you can look for : staff very helpful, great breakfast, 2 lovely pool areas

I guess you can hope for more food options for a long stay, only 1 restaurant inside the hotel
