The room was surprisingly big and fully equipped. We had good view to nearby hills which feels amazing to wake up to. Albeit the place is a bit far from city center, there is a bus station just a few steps away. It is also possible to reach Alpnachstad (to get to mount Pilatus by cogwheel train) directly thanks to the nearby train station. Not to mention it's also dog friendly. An excellent place with reasonable pricing !

The place is next to a stadium so it could get a bit noisy at night (but not after 11pm) if there is a football match or an event.

nice room. The balcony is pleasant. The kitchen is sufficient. They respond to messages quickly. They immediately sent us our Lucerne city visitor cards. They are very interested.

The problem is that there is no welcome. Come at night and get the key with password. It can be a bit of a problem to understand which apartment the key belongs to and how to get out via which elevator. More detailed information can be provided on this subject. There are warnings about leaving kitchen utensils clean in the apartment. I'm not sure, but if the kitchen utensils are not changed by the facility, it may be a problem to use the glasses and plates cleaned by the previous guest. The springs of a bed were broken.

Overall very close to the main city centre. Just a 8 mins bus ride plus hotel booking included free bus travel for zone 10. Apparently this is quite common in Luzern where hotel bookings include city transport pass. Kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker and appliances. There is no dishwasher in the apartment and it can be added for future guests. The laundry equipment on the ground floor was always full and I had to make multiple trips until I could find the washer and dryer available for use. There is also a Migros grocery store next door which makes it very convenient to buy groceries if you plan to cook. Overall, it was a great experience with amazing view of the mountains from the room

The location is good. The center is 10 minutes away by bus, and the bus runs frequently. The supermarket next door is very practical. There are a reasonable number of restaurant options nearby. There is covered parking next door.

Parking is a bit expensive (around 22 CHF per night). There are washing machines and dryers, but it is difficult to find one available. HI-Trental recommended 2 restaurants, but could recommend a few more, as they have options, but sometimes they are a little hidden.

Clean studio with complete cooking utensils, just have to buy food to cook, lol! Have fridge with freezer so you can store ice cream and frozen foods. They also provide you the Switzerland plugs or adaptors. This studio is good for 2-4 people with spacious bath and shower, (I was mesmerized as its sink in the bathroom and toilet is made from Villeroy and Boch, lol). It has also a balcony where you can eat your breakfast or have coffee and have a nice view. Check in was very easy, just follow the instructions emailed to you, it is a secured building as well, you need the digital key to operate the elevators, you can only use single elevator per floor, don’t worry, i guess there are 3 or 4 elevators. A supermarket is just on the other side, bus stop and train are nearby too. It is 10 mins away from Lucerne train station.

That you have to throw your garbage on the first floor during your check out.

It was in a nice location, the apartment was really clean and well set out, nice little balcony to go and sit outside, it was really good to have a fridge in the apartment. It was very spacious for 2 of us, with a migros situated nearby aswell.

I cannot fault the apartment as it was great value for money. The only slight thing was trying to figure out how to use the lifts to get to the required floor, but someone kindly showed us how to use it.

The location is really good, the building is great and the apartment was clean and comfy.

The additional duvet and pillow did not have covers on them so we couldn't use the sofa bed. There should be a cleaning brush/broom in the apartment. The parking wasn't free, I had to pay around 22 CHF every day for the parking. This should be included in the price or at least description should be updated to say parking is paid (expensive) so an informed decision can be made to hire a car or not

Good location with good connection using bus number 20 to central station. Migros next door. Apartment was clean with a compact kitchen and a coffee machine. Highly recommended.

Getting access is a little tricky at first but is easy once you know how.! Shower screen is not effective. Needs improvement! There is not enough curtain material to cover the whole length of the glass wall/window. It is really strange!

for 38 years that I have been traveling, and I travel every month every year, except Covid. this was the first place where there was no drinking water and there was no kettle in the room. The rules say that you need to clean your room after yourself, wash the dishes and take out the trash. This is also very strange for me, since the staff always cleans the rooms.

Location is an advantage. Just take bus B20 from Lucerne and that comes very close to property, within 200 mtrs distance. Also, there is good Migross store nearby which can take care of any immediate needs. However check the store timings as it might close early around 6pm. Nice peaceful location to stay with family. Check-in checkout was smooth. property was clean. However try to book one BR apartment which is more spacious and comfortable than studio.
