Nice to have the convenience of a shuttle to any location on the premises. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel and dinner at the cafe. The servers were polite and ready to respond to our requests. The beach was clean, There was a medical clinic at the hotel, which provided the necessary relief for our needs. The nurse was professional and helpful.

I did not expect to see so many people at the resort. I thought it was going to be much more private. But with a commercial enterprise, the idea of less rather than more people at an exclusive resort is no longer to be.

The host, Ms. Aida, was very nice to accommodate a rebooking because I accidentally confirmed a wrong booking at the same place. She facilitated the guest list reservation form and endorsed it in no time. She also gave detailed information and instructions on who to get in touch. She also accommodated my request for early check in if the unit is available at past noon. The contact persons though were unreachable at the time we checked in (early) but the ladies at the reception lobby was very good to contact the caretaker, Kuya Tonio, who gave us the key and assisted us with our stuff! The rooms were ready and there was adequate purified water and kitchen/ dining utensils. Thank you and we will surely come back!

We were given the wifi password but was not able to access the internet until we left (awww sad). It said internet not available on our devices. :-(

It was a great place, very fancy, very luxurious. Plus being a member means you get to use the pool or go to the beach any time you want.

It was so far away from anything, there was no possible way to order online. The restaurants inside are expensive. They also don't accept cash, which lead to some problems...

Good space.. even though total 9 pax we still fit in. Staff were accommodating specially Darlene and her husband. Thank you very much!

Toilet/Bathroom only one .. we find it hard to shower and use toilet as if it’s a big group , wouldn’t be enough. Would be better if toilet and shower room is separate or there’s another toilet en-suite.. and water in the shower is very slow to none when use by after 3rd person ..

My family and I had a great time in Pico de Loro. It has amazing views and facilities. We loved the pools and restaurants that were on-site. It is a nice private resort. Everything is within walking distance, but there are also shuttles that run very frequently. We look forward to going back soon!

The owner was accommodating, she made sure to give me the caretaker's number and that me and my family were comfortable. It is our 5th stay in Pico de Loro but first time in Myna 214B. It literally resembles our home so we really felt at home this time =).

The water heater seems not to be working, but I messaged the caretaker about this. It was not a big deal for the rest of us, but my mom who is 76 yrs old had challenges to shower.

Spacious with complete provision of kitchen utensils

Volume of TV is not adequate. Speaker is detached from the tv. When I asked the caretaker on how to make it work, she said only the owner can make it work.

shower is bad I cant control hot and cold.Sometimes shower with very hot and wait until become cold.

Overall the property was great. It was clean, had a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom, had aircon in all rooms...etc. The property was very spacious.

The wifi wasn't good. Cell signal was weak inside. There was a water interruption for a few hours during our stay so we had to go to the pool area to use the bathroom.

Its clean, spacious and surprisingly complete furniture and kitchen stuffs! Its comfortable and feels like home.

The contact person/ caretaker is hard to reach. I’m hesitant to leave the key inside and leave the door unlocked. No one was contacting me and Marj was not answering my calls nor texts. I had to wait for someone to get the keys from me before we can totally leave the property which was kinda hassle as we didnt had our lunch yet..
