Very clean excellent room service and comfy. Appreciated sunny aspect upstairs room as requested. Pretty view of treetops and sky/sunset. Nice, helpful, cordial staff. Pretty pool and jacuzzi area (but much too noisy with freeway traffic). Noisy freeway traffic outdoors, I could not hear it at all indoors.

Just mentioned the freeway traffic at the pool area. Was disappointed that WiFi was unsecured so didn’t dare use it. The location was difficult for me to enter and exit. Particularly enter. Being a senior my driving is not what it used to be - probably most people wouldn’t even notice.

Staff was very friendly and the lady checking us in was very efficient. The room had a mini fridge. The bed was decent. The room was clean. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and I noticed a Staff member putting out towels every morning for guests. I thought that was very thoughtful. It's a ways from downtown, but they have restaurants and shops within walking distance (2 blocks). The parking lot is huge, which is awesome if you're pulling a truck and trailer.

The ice machine was out of ice.

I took my kitten, they accept pets no charge, the room is totally pet proof (can't hide under bed or behind furniture). Room was clean. There were some loud groups of people near my room but eventually got quiet. Bed is little on the hard side, I didn't mind, but some people might. Overall it was very good for cleanliness and for my cat. I would recommend it.

Light were too bright, no beside table lights.

better than the Ventura one. more rooms and much better equipped staff. reception was awesome give the lady that checked me in a raise.

well we all should not have grown up in Ventura such as I so I m aware of the incredible drug addict homeless village right next to property. so I knew no valuables left in car if I walked out late to keep my wits as it takes one think worth any narcotics and it’s gone. I think the hotel should have a lot of signs that let people know that. and never saw a security guard even if it’s a Prius that has security stenciled on it move about the parking lot through our late night early morning would deter a lot of loss.

I was happy that the staff fulfilled my request when I asked them that I wanted to change room.

In my first room, I could hear the traffic from the highway it would be nice if they could make those rooms noise thigt like making the doors gabs closed

The first room I was put in the beds looked slept in and I killed 3 bugs in the restroom. I reserved the room then tried to cancel because I was in a different town. However the Motel had already charged my account therefore leaving me no choice to drive an additional 30 miles back to the motel. The reservation was held by my CC and I was not suppose to be charged until I was at the motel. I was told to call corporate and make a complaint. I was put on the 3rd floor after requesting the bottom floor.

I especially did not like the facility charging my card prematurely. I could have been better accommodated if my card had not been charged.

Pool area is a graet bonus. Handicap rooms available

I booked a handicap room and I was expecting a wheelchair accessible bathroom but got a bath tub instead. I guess i have to be more specific next time I book a room. No complementary decaffeinated coffee or atleast hot water.

Rooms are larger than most and the TV is clear, and sound is excellent, coffee is great with real creamer checking in is simple no issues very polite employees. The Pool is in tiptop shape that I ought to take advantage of but haven't lately also there are many familiar faces who have found their selves displaced such as myself who can only rent on weekdays as weekend rates are out of sight.!! Overall clean and comfy.

What could be better is if they offered extended stays under $1000.00 now that would be a life saver.

Bathroom, bed and floor were cleaned well by staff. No dust on surfaces. I hope they liked my generous tip. The pool looked tempting, but I did not try it.

Great location, cute setup and decor in room, comfortable room, effective air conditioning, and friendly helpful staff. More affordable than most lodging in Ventura. Plenty of places to plug in and charge phones.

Proximity to freeway makes it a bit noisy. Air conditioning helps as white noise. Request a room on the side facing away from the freeway!
