the apartment was comfortable and the location was very central. Luca was very friendly and informative. some people complained about it being up a steep hill....we did not feel that way- the city is hilly and there are other streets that are much steeper. there is some street noise at night, not much really, but the windows are good and block out it out. we enjoyed the balconies and people watched from above while we enjoyed a drink and snack.

Luca is a fine host and understands the hospitality business. he has taken care of all the comforts needed for a nice stay.

very nice and complete apartment, fully equipped. excellent location. close to shops and bars and restaurants. Before our arrival we already received a message with a lot of useful information. for example about where to park. we have been well received. owner was very nice and gave tips on what to do in the city and where to eat. there was a problem with the air conditioning, but that was quickly fixed. In short, we had a great time in Cagliari. If we go to Cagliari again, we would definitely come back to this apartment.

Loved it all, but do not deadlock your door when you leave - just close! My friends made that mistake & it took a circular saw to get back in! Hosts very accommodating but suggest warning guests of this!

Janna's e Mare has an excellent location, close to Old Town and all restaurants but also close to the sea. Street is quiet, closed for cars. Building and room has traditional features, but everything was renovated and modern, very comfortable. You can also use an outside area on the terrace - very quiet and cozy. Service was excellent, Hosts are very helpfull. As a bonus, breakfast which was included was handled by La Piccola Caffetteria just 1min away from Guesthouse - very nice ambience with unique featured wall made from natural rock. Very much recomended!

We stayed for one night on the way to a seaside vacation. The apartment is located in the centre of Cagliari and allowed us to discover the beautiful city during our short stay. The beds were very comfortable and we felt relaxed the next morning. The check-in and check-out procedure was simple and efficient.

Very nicely restored historical building with high ceilings and lots of character. Spotless clean. Central location for sightseeing with many restaurants to choose from nearby. Nice breakfast in a charming café next door. Cozy rooftop terrace with tables for eating outside if one brings takeaway food (or cooks if renting an apartment there). Very friendly and accommodating hostess.

Nice little hotel in perfect city center location. Great roof terrace for all guests. Very friendly staff.

If you have more luggage (e.g. with children) it is a bit tricky to get your stuff from and to the car, since there is no direct accessible street to the building (it's in a pedestrian area of the town), but the closest street to unload your car is not too far.

Great location, very clean and comfortable huge room. The hosts are very nice and gave a lot of recommendations. The building has a lift (even though starting on the first floor) and this is a very nice surprise.

Nothing. All was good. If you have mobility issues, be aware that some rooms are mezzanines and the bed is upstairs, and the Steps can be tricky for some people. There is a sofa bed in the lower level though.

The apartment was very beautiful and clean, equipped with everything that you could need and had a lovely view from the balcony. Very nice and helpful hosts, received great recommendations from them.

It is absolutely amazing apartment in the city center in walking area. Comfortable with soulful hospitality.Historical center, a lot of restaurants, super market 3 minutes walking, 10 minutes from train and bus station. Absolutely fantastic.Thank you!!!
