Staff who is running the place, i.e. those at the reception, are exceptional. They did all they could to help and give support anytime someone had a question or an issue...I couldn't recommend them more. Location of the hostel is also outstanding: right in front of the beach and within walking distance to many significant places in Tel Aviv...plus taxis are always there at the bottom of the building (the hotel is at 4th floor of an otherwise anonymous skyscraper) to take you wherever you want (but pay attention because they don't use meter even though they ought to and they overcharge tourist). Bus number 54 stops in front of the hotel and is supposed to take you to the central bus station, but the only time I tried to catch it, it didn't stop, so I cannot help here. The capsule (I used the single one with the higher ceiling) is very comfortable and very well insulated, mattress spot on - I slept very well; the high capsules also offer more privacy as they are on a hidden side of the building, facing some windows overlooking the main street (some of the lower/smaller ones, instead, face the restrooms: ça va sans dire...). There is a big terrace where you can sit and work with your computer or drink while looking at the beach and at the sunset. There are vending machines working with credit cards & coins and there is even free water at disposal. Showers are spacious and new and after you check-out, there is a luggage deposits for free.

The only down point is that the capsule was not perfectly clean: the glass of the windows was stained and the walls were dusty...dust where present also underneath the mattress where you have some space to place shoes and luggage and also the curtains that you need to pull when you want privacy had some micro stains on it... meaning they just change the bed linen between one use and the other. That was uncomfortable, but I am sure that had I complained to the reception, they would have run to clean the place by themselves. I said nothing because I stayed there for just two nights and just for few hours each....but they should double check this issue. Nevertheless, I would give them a second chance (two, not three ;-) ).

We arrived Oct 7, a few hours after the attacks. The staff was very kind, during this difficult time. They always were willing to help us out and give us advice on how to stay safe. This includes making sure we made it into the safe space during attacks. Our original plan was to only stay 2 nights, but because of the situation we were able to extend our stay until we were able to leave. The staff was there to give us tips on how to get to the airport in the middle of the night and how to navigate the city. We saw how much care the staff put into taking care of the place. Constantly cleaning and maintaining things. Super place with a wonderful balcony.

I don't care for the war.

Comfy beds, learnt how to climb Tarzan style. Helpful (and handsome) staff. You'd think you'll smell everyone's shoes and farts but it actually smelt nice and clean at all time. Terrace is amazing with front sea view. Many clean showers and fancy style. Highly recommended expecially if you athletic enough.

I was smiled at twice in 5 days by the same guy only. So many serious faces 😳the receptionist she looks like between I am about to cry and I am already sad for the coming days but at least just enough helpful. Some training should be provided on how to enter the capsule as I banged my head everyday, every time 😜 air-conditioning little too cold sometimes.

the location is absolutely superb, close to the beach, to Jaffa and Neve Tsedek, the old town of Tel Aviv. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and told me how to get to the hotel by public transport. Taking the bus 54 from Hagana is the best option, although I received an email from the hotel to take other buses as well. I am not sure those are good options and it needs to state for each bus where to get off. The bus stop for 54 is Textile Centre/ Kaufmann, which the receptionist had given me. I was also able to check in early, which had been a great help. In,over everything about the hotel.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Maybe the music could just be turned down a bit.

--Comfortable bed --The view from them common area is awesome, you have Jaffa and the seaside just in front.. Bathrooms are clean --They provide towel and flip-flops for free if requested. --Location is perfect, you can get every single sight in Tel Aviv within a quite decent distance: Jaffa, Carmel Market, Florentin, Rothschild St.

--The guy in the reception at nights was not the most pleasant guy to talk to, request stuff, or ask anything. He also did not give me clear directions about the facilities. --Other staff members were absolutely great, and I saw them giving clear directions to everyone. --For some reasons 50% of the time wifi did not work inside my capsule (even if it was one of the nearest capsule to reception)

I loved the pod experience and the balcony. I loved the direct USB ports in the pod. I appreciated the night light and the regular light, as well as the air circulation, although in the summers I would think it would not be cold enough.

The entrance to the pods through the door were very hard. I banged my ankle really badly getting in. There should be padding or something. The hotel really needs a refrigerator. It is very important for people on a budget, as well as people with medicine that might need to be refrigerated. The corner of the pods should be vacuumed better and targeted for the cleaning, not just changing the sheets and cleaning the surfaces. The bathrooms need paper towels. Everyone just takes a roll of toilet paper to wipe their hands, anyway. And again, surfaces in the bathroom (sink faucets) need to be sanitized. Carpet needs to be vacuumed daily. I only saw it done once and it was not extensive.

The capsule is very comfortable and spacious, my backpack fit under the bed, didn't even need the luggage locker. The door is securely locked with a keycard. I took the tall pod with the sea view, you can watch the sunset right from the room. The public space in the hotel is also nice and cozy, especially the open-air terrace. The location is great: near the beach, near a subway station, within the walking distance to Dizengoff Center and to Old Jaffa (but there's plenty of buses, some buses work on Shabbat too).

The toilet and bathroom are minimalistic and rather bare, the provided soap is so-so. One evening there was a very noisy group of guests on my floor (but mostly it was quiet).

The location is fantastic, I like the breeze of air from the sea infront of our hotel veranda very refreshing and the ambiance is relaxing. It's the perfect location for those who have a day tour because most of the buses will pass on that street, good for pick up and drop off during your day for a tour..very accessible and also it's a busy place for a tourist like me...many things to do and not boring. Mr Eli and Mr Hamza were very accommodating and friendly. I guess most of the staff are very good and the service make us feel comfortable during our stay...keep up the good work and i would love to visit Israel again soon❤️.

I guess the only thing I didn't like when I reached the property and when I want to buy a sim card in the reception, first in the morning, am trying to use my debit card for payment but the reception during that day was asking lots of details about my card details that needs to enter on the computer and more details that I should not give it's like very suspicious to me and I'm not comfortable so I decided not to buy through card though I don't like to use my cash for payment coz I haven't change cash into shekels yet to money changer. I think that's the only thing I remember that I don't like and I used to travel to other countries but I was not asked like that (Ex., like asking the otp)

The place is clean, has free hot and cold water, free coffee and tea which is a great plus. Cozy place, lots of places to hang arround and amazing views from the inside or the balcony. The capsule is all you see from the pictures and it is confortable. Keep in mind that this is not a hotel so don't expect or complain about things that you will find in a hotel. The bathrooms are clean and have nice showers, plus they give you a locker for your stuff so really everything is covered.

A small fridge would be amazing to keep beverages cool or medicine. Maybe can be incorporated in the future.

The O’Pods, very convenient for a short stay. My bed was upgraded to a better one with a seaview. I am very thankful for that. The staff was very friendly and supported me in everything I needed. The showers are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, right near the beach. About 10 min walk to a new Tel Aviv metro station. There are some small convenience stores nearby. There are vending machines with drinks, ice-cream, etc. Breakfast is offered, however I did not use that option as there are many cafes nearby. I felt very safe during my stay.
