The front desk was so cheerful when we arrived. Easy parking during the week. Complimentary coffee and the lobby area smelled so clean! The beds were the most comfortable linens and so cozy, quiet, as well as the light blue lighting and chic modern furnishings and decor. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyed the granola bars and flipped egg-but would substitute country fried potatoes or sausage over the mini quiche. Since a brand-new hotel, possibly discuss putting in a small Zen Garden and a dipping pool on rooftop or backyard-Florida is sunny all year round for visitors. The Downtown iconic Marion Theater is only 5 minutes away for an afternoon Matinee. Check out the restaurant in the square called- The Bank Street, five stars for their filling crab cakes!

I had ridden my motorcycle Orlando to Ocala to accompany 3 abused children to court. The hotel was close to the courthouse which was convenient and close to downtown restaurants and stores. The Front Desk staff even offered me to park my bike at the entrance for improved security for bike. Overall, everything was great!

The breakfast was substandard. The egg sandwich with cheese and sausage was tasteless . There was a second option wrapped in paper with no label on it so people just opened it up and looked and put it down. Unsanitary!The breads were all stale. I resorted to oatmeal. The coffee machine made very weak ,watery coffee.

This was my first time traveling with a pet. We were on the first floor, close to the door, very convenient for late night dog walking.

The $75 nonrefundable pet fee. I understand the need for an additional charge, but $75 is exorbitant. A portion should be refunded if there is no pet involved damage.

I did like the location close to Downtown area. Hotel service was really good. The staff was friendly. The rooms were simple but comfortable and it had everything we needed except body wash and a small refrigerator could have helped. It is definitely a bang for your buck.

I think we should have had a better breakfast. It was a small bagel and my husband mentioned the coffee was not good. I suggest maybe having some cream cheese and a bigger size bagels. Also you may want to add real oatmeal instead of ready -to-made ones. Sometimes prepackaged ones are not healthiest.

The property was very clean and super nice! Felt very new and nice to be in.

The staff was obviously untrained and lack some professionalism I am used to at a hotel. One staff member had someone hanging out with them in the lobby area at one point in time and even 4 days after my stay the property hasn’t released my hold and when I called it took 3 phone calls to get a hold of someone and when I finally did get someone they left my number because they said they didn’t know how to release my hold.

The young man who check us in with the red hair was amazing, so helpful and kind. After a long day of travel it felt good to come in late (9 p.m) to check in and to be met with such friendly and inviting way was the cherry on top!

Great staff & nice, large, & clean room & bathroom. Perfect for what we needed for a couple nights in town. Internet was great for two of us working remotely too.

We don't each gluten and food with added sugar so didn't find anything we could eat in their breakfast to go. However, it looked like a lot of people enjoyed the food options.

Breakfast choices were plentiful and healthy. Coffee was excellent. Rooms were exceptionally clean.

We were not provided with housekeeping services during our stay. Noise level from the adjacent road was loud at times.

staff super friendly, excellent value….really comfortable bed, very clean and breakfast included. simple stuff but all done well and staff really great. I love the formula of what is available and the cost combination.

nothing really. my wife mentioned no fridge / coffee maker in room, but frankly that only makes the price higher for something that hardly anyone uses…..and there is a great coffe machine in lobby avail 24/6 anyway.
