**Breakfast. It is great for folks that have no food sensitivities. Suggestions: It would be nice if they carried Udi Gluten Free Items individually wrapped like bagels or pastry items like some other hotels. A dairy free cream cheese also would be nice for bagels. Also indicate if sausage or bacon is pork in labeling at breakfast...some families don't eat pork. Is the oatmeal certified gluten free?

We stay here often and this is first time our room was in need of repairs….we left a note for housekeeping to hopefully give to maintenance….inside and outside doors from the outside of room off and on would not open with key even tho light turned green, we stayed 2 nights and this happened numerous times at both doors to the room over the 2 days…..heater wall vent motor, when came on to blow air was very loud that it would wake us in middle of night….shower head did not spray correctly…..hopefully housekeeping will tell maintenance of these repairs needed……otherwise our stay was good as usual….the staff is always friendly and helpful, breakfast is always good, and grandkids love the pool, and you can’t beat the location to EVERYTHING!!!!

Breakfast was great. I had sausage patties, a waffle, and some oatmeal with brown sugar, nuts and raisins. Very filling. The place we went for dinner was very close and we really enjoyed it. Front desk was very helpful in locating guest laundry and making change for quarters. Appreciated dog waste stations are avaliable in front and back. Our room was right above the pool, but we never heard a sound even though I saw a large number of people in there having a great time.

I would have liked higher quality protein at breakfast. Powdered eggs are not my favorite, and the sausage was decent but would like to see an upgrade.

Straight off, we received an amazing room upgrade for free, so our stay was off to a great start. Even if that hadn't happened, we would have had a very comfortable stay. We were just staying a night, but the room was clean and the bed was very soft and comfortable. The breakfast was great, and there was plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. And it went about 30mins later than other places we have stayed at recently! We didn't use the pool facilities, but they looked nice. The decor was fun - we had a good laugh at the painting of bears canoeing down a river in the lobby! A great atmosphere for families or couples staying in Fargo.

Very clean rooms. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from and staff was very attentive to make sure everything was continually stocked and tables were cleaned immediately after use. Cute pool for little kids, the deepest part was only about 3 feet, my 8 year old could stand in every area.

The pool was a little dirty, there was some debris floating in the pool. I don’t know if it was from the people who were in there at the same time as us though so it could have been coincidence. The beds need to be replaced, they are pretty sacked out and hard/uncomfortable.

This is the only hotel we stay at in Fargo. The staff are incredible! The free happy hour and lovely snacks are amazing. The beds are the most comfortable and the rooms are sparkling clean! We were upgraded to an incredible room with a stone gas fireplace, a kitchenette, dining table and chairs and two very comfortable chairs. The hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and either sausage or ham plus a variety of continental options. Don't stay anywhere else!!

Room was really clean; so were the facilities. Bed was very comfortable. Interesting shower and bathroom arrangement. Toilet and tub in one room and sink in the hallway. Breakfast was good and they offered an appetizer in the evening. Ladies at reception desk were very nice... friendly and professional. Dog friendly hotel. Close to restaurants. We didn't use the pool, but if we had little kids with us, the pool looked like it was a fun place to be. Hotel was creatively decorated with rustic theme and lots of bears.

Everything was great. The breakfast good. The pool was so much fun as we were with our 2 and 8 year old grandchildren. The kids absolutely and so did we loved the pool experience. Would recommend this facility for anyone even if you don't have children. Would definitely stay again and have recommended to other travelers.

Best hotel experience for our week trip.

The amenities and breakfast are great! It’s clean, nice staff, very accommodating. Great pool and whirlpool!! Price better than most hotels, especially with such a great pool area!! Please don’t change that, that’s why we tolerate the hard beds.

The beds are uncomfortable. Need softer beds. Major Back pain after only a few hours. Had to get up after 4 hours. Couldn’t sleep past that. Sadly, most hotels are this way. Holiday Inn’s are the only place my back can tolerate the mattresses.

Everyone, from housekeeping, to breakfast/kitchen crew, to front desk personel was so very pleasant & helpful👍😍! Everything in this facility was so clean, & well-kept. The decor is amazing! The 'pool and play' area was great for our grandkids. Pool & hot-tub water temp. was perfect👌! Breakfast offerings suited everyone, even our 9 month old grandson😍! Price was more than we would normally pay, but this stay was worth it 👍. Thank you BW Plus Kelly Inn 👌😍!

There is only one thing we will count as a negative...the young woman who checked us out on Sunday morning was not nearly as pleasant as EVERYONE ELSE on staff we interacted with. We got the impression that it was a 'bother' for her to do her job. 😕 One 'suggestion'; shelving or a little cabinet, under the microwave shelf would be a great addition! 💕
