The room was as booked and had all amenities one will need. The extra seating area was nice to have as well as the separation between sleeping and living. Staff was very friendly and efficient, and the location was out of town and quiet

On check in the reception was closed and we had to ring the check in number that staff would attend.

Nice big room, comfy bed, load sof tv channels. Easy 5 minute drive to town centre

No hot water on morning of our check out. It could not be fixed so we had to wait for another room to be cleaned so we could shower. Annoying as wanted to be off and on the road. Reception did keep us updated whilst they were trying to get it sorted though

The sign on the bar door said it was open til late and I 100% understand not being busy and shutting early due to this but my partner and I came back about 8.30pm to go and have some drinks and games of pool only to find the doors locked. The staff member came out and said they were shutting. I think it would have been nice to have some forewarning as we had come back to the hotel early specifically to hang out in the bar.

The staff we're very accomodating and friendly The size of the unit was great it was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. We are very happy with this Motel and will happily return, highly recommended.

Rubbish left from previous people and the lady at office was extremely rude as booking.com made a mistake and over booked the motel and she had a go at me about it. Was not impressed at all luckily the room was great made up for abit of it

Very modern designed with a great coffee machine which was very looked forward to through the drive. Could have provided a little more coffee pods but was super satisfied with the coffee machine. Glad to have fresh milk from the bar instead of long life milk as well. Good sized room, comfortable pillows and bed, with very strong showers. Good quality hand lotion provided. Wifi was good. Very satisfied about our stay.

Television was a little on the higher end of the wall that made neck sore while watching, would be perfect on eye level. To be petty, only a few facilities could be even better like flusher in the toilet and kitchen utensils.
