I loved how it was in the middle of everything almost. Things were pretty close by. To get to the beach was around a half hour drive but that's not that bad considering the location. The breakfast was nice! It was buffet type of breakfast that you choose your own food or you can custom order breakfast foods. The rooms were very nice, clean, and they had an ice machine room on our floor at the end of the hall! The pool was VERY lovely! We went at the hottest time of the year (literally) and that pool was so lovely. It wasn't ridiculously deep and only went around 5ft deep. The staff was so helpful and kind. Informing us of things to do and where to go. They are definitely hospitable!

We had some key card issues. Had to replace it a few times but it could also be fault on our end since I've heard keeping the keycard by your other cards tends to turn the keycard off. Other than that, honestly no complaints really!

When I arrived, I didn’t feel welcomed by staff. They were overwhelmed and it showed. I tried to be nice but they weren’t accepting of it. They told be there were short staffed and my room may not have been ready. All the managers were cleaning the rooms because no one showed up for work. I didn’t need to know that. There was certainly a lack of customer service that day. Everyone had a solemn look in their face.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly. The location was perfect for our stay. The room was nice. Plenty of towels and we loved the room darkening shade to allow us to relax and sleep in. We would definitely stay again.

The mattress and pillows were okay but they may need replacing soon as they were a bit saggy.

The rooms don’t seem to be well noise insulated. We could hear the food steps from the people who stayed over us. It was annoying.

The greeting and welcome at the front desk as we registered. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

When I was checking out the front desk told me us we were charged $203 for the room. We told her that wwas not correct and asked for a receipt. She then said we would be credited $60 on our credit card - which still did not seem correct with the charge given to us through Booking. She also said she could not give us a final receipt…it would have to come from Booking. It was confusing and honestly felt a bit shady !

Rooms very clean and many nearby restuarants. Was here for diving Wrightsville Beach and this was close by, clean.

Would have been nice if buffet was included in price of room. However they did provide free coffee so that was good.

There is not anything that I did not like about the property. If anything, I did not like leaving so soon and that I work so much that 48 hours now equals two weeks of vacation in the past.

LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, COMFORT

The A/C distribution! All the air was concentrated in the living room area (too cold) and bedroom area was kind of warm. Kids were cold and parents were hot (lol) Difficult to balance. As a recommendation Bathroom needs an updated lightning. For a 5 people capacity not enough hooks to hang towels or swimwear.

Breakfast omelete was great! Waitress very friendly.

Electricity went out in neighborhood but not your fault.
