Location, nice pool on roof, lockbox, good bar, hot water in shower, nice buffet breakfast & friendly staff!!

Standard rooms are small, dirty windows!! Some construction repairs on our floor and paint smell was bad!!

This is our favorite hotel in Mazatlan, by far. Fantastic location next to old town. Amazing view over the ocean. Rooftop pool and lounge. 1940s art-deco-(ish) architecture vibe. It's the grand old dame of the embarcadero. Not flashy, but classic. Won't stay anywhere else if we come to Mazatlan again.

The location is in front of the beach, you can see the waves hitting the rocks from your window. The breakfast in the morning is good & it's staff is very nice and helpful. I'll stay here again! You also have El Centro Historico @ a walking distance, plus many other restaurants and shops.

A older building...the elevator takes time to go up and down, also it's a small space if you have more than 2 persons inside the elevator. But not a big deal, just a inconvenience if you're in a hurry.

Had doubts at first but I couldn’t ask for a better room it overlooked the ocean had a balcony where we sat in the afternoon overlooking the Malecón breakfast was great different every day can’t put so much in the response but I will recommend this place to all my family and friends enjoyed the stay will come back next year Thanks to all of the employees there they were very helpful way above and beyond just perfect and I am very picky about everything will recommend to everyone

Excellent rooftop pool area with great views over the city.; quiet room.

Very poor choice of breakfast for vegetarians/vegans; unable to check in until 3pm, then only one member of staff on reception, so long queues; need to wear a wristband.

The staff was exceptional from check in to check out, very kind and accommodating. The breakfast, which is included with your stay, was beyond any hotel breakfast I’ve ever had that’s included. The service at breakfast was exceptional and the food was too. Some have complained that the rooms are small, and they are but it Is plenty of room, you’re not in your room very much, and the balcony opening up to the Malecón is gorgeous. Don’t mess the rooftop pool and view of the sunset.

That non-guests can access the rooftop and take up all the space leaving guests with no place to sit.

The breakfast, that was included was great, included with the price of the room, great value waiters were great, the best.

The parking was small, but they help parking the cars ,that was great, the roof the pool,the bar, the best view ,the price of the room was less than the sona dorada are ,will be back,

The location was excellent - walking distance to the cathedral, market, restaurants, plaza with all the night life, music and entertainment. Excellent service in the hotel, very friendly

The pillows were hard, but I got used to it. - just a minor thing compared with all the positive side of the trip. I highly recommend the hotel and the location - away from busy Zona Dorada
